Benefits boost and tier compression

CAS tier is now rolled into MBT tier and brings its benefits with it, including early test build access and the #dev-chat channel for inside looks at development. APC tier now has access to the #wip-teasers channel in addition to the usual benefits.
For those of you who are currently subscribed at $25/month from CAS tier, there is no way for us to automatically lower your pledge - you will need to edit your tier on the GHPC Patreon page if you wish to make a change. Thank you for your continued support!
