AAR testing in Patreon build
🕑 Added 2020-06-18 20:35:54 +0000 UTCWith the ability to shoot vehicle targets slated for release in July, we've been working on getting the AAR shot trace feature working in the new build. Here are a few screenshots from internal testing, showing some HEAT and APFSDS impacts on various parts of the T-55A turret.
By the way, our armor system now includes support for variable thickness pieces, where the actual path of the projectile through the volume is used for the calculation of thickness. The armor rig on the T-55A shown here uses this system for its cast turret, gun barrel, tracks, and gun breech.
