🕑 Added 2025-12-15 06:14:30 +0000 UTC 私の担当する部の指導は、厳しいと評判になっているが、この私の指導について来れる、ごく少数精鋭且つ秘密厳守を全うできるメンバーのみ、「飴と鞭」の飴を与える様にしている。このメンバーは、ほぼ確実に成果とやる気を出し、結果を残している。「秘密厳守」というのは、やはり「公平さに欠ける」と唱えるやる気のない者達に刺激を与えないためでもある・・。これらは「互いに理解し合っている」という証なのだ・・。 The guidance of the department I am in charge of has a reputation for being strict, but I only give the carrot of the "carrot and stick" to the very few elite members who can keep up with my guidance and who are able to maintain strict confidentiality. These members almost always achieve results, motivation, and deliver results. "Keeping strict confidentiality" is also to avoid incentivizing the unmotivated ones who complain that "it lacks fairness." These are proof that "we understand each other."
