Decided to upload all of this as a "pack" due to the insane size the gif turned out to be. The Mp4 has sound and is only "semi" intended to be viewed with a looping video player. Edit: Today I learned Fanbox has a video player and i'm a big dummy for not know it sooner! Been uploading in the wrong format!

Quick Ass Sketch and Animation Test
I uploaded a better quality gif after fiddling around in after effects. Tutorial for self: Use the folders made in photoshop, they will be pre-comps in AE. Rasterize them. Make the movement animation on the precomp folder(s), then turn the animated layers into a precomp, then scale the composition itself in the asset list. Then you're free to scale the pre-comp to your liking in the timeline. It 'should' keep the quality while allowing you to make it any size.
