Happy Friday 🌻 I sent out my weekly email. Did you get it? It’s a LONG LETTER. Like you gotta pour a cup of tea and pick a time to get cozy with me. This week I was reflecting on freedom of expression, celebrating being ALL of who we are. 💌 Sign up for next weeks email here: https://chawilde.com/yesplease After reading my letter, what’s on your mind?

This is what I’m working on today! — mixing & mastering songs for official Spotify release. 🔊 This morning I’m polishing a song called SPELLWRITER. I’ve probably listened through it 50 times this morning. I’m searching through for any little hiccups, too-loud or too-quiet parts, cluttered or muddy parts. It’s a workout for my ears, listening so closely. It feels really cool to watch the song feel cleaner, sharper, more vibrant and sparkly. This is the final step before the songs go out into the world for you. You hear the first ...

WORKOUT 🌸 🏋🏻‍♀️ we created a DIY sled. Here’s the recipe: towel on the floor + standing pad (the type you have under your desk) + sticky yoga towel (folded over like double sided sticky tape) + weights + ju-jitsu strap around the weights and your waist + a little argument and laughter 💕 this is my new favorite exercise at home. — what’s your favorite home workout?

Thank you guys so much for showing up here and supporting me. 🌸 It brings me so much joy to freely create and connect with people who appreciate whatever I’m creating. 🌈 For years, I heard being an artist meant struggling because you’ll probably have no money, no one will understand you and you’ll dive so deep into your emotions youI’ll get stuck down there and be depressed and isolated. 🌻 That’s fucking scary fake-news to grow up to as you gradually realize “oh fuck, I think I’m one of those artist people”. One you ful...

I started throwing paint a while ago when globs of it collected on the spoons and knives I was dragging across my canvases. Brushes absorb the paint and smear it around but the firm instruments were moving the paint and scooping it up. So once I accidentally flung some of it and a splash of color appeared on my painting. Oh no! It was ruined and then…it wasn’t. I have learned to easily love the surprise of what will happen when I just scrap and fling and let the paint fall where it may. Life lesson. 🌈✌🏼

Painting naked is one of my most simple pleasures. I love to lock myself up alone in my art loft, take off my clothes, turn up the heat, blast some music, and start throwing paint onto a canvas. I usually paint on the floor. This way, I can relax on the ground and lean over the top of the painting. I can drop paint from up above and let gravity pull it down and splash...the surprise of how it will land is fun. I paint abstract art. I have absolutely no idea what I'm about to create, what it will look like or how long it's going to t...

YOGA CLASS for Throat Chakra (35min) — The goal of this class is to help move your neck in all directions to increase energy flow, improve upper spine mobility, create a feeling of calm. Throat chakra is the region of your body that listens and knows the right moment to speak and exactly how to communicate truthfully and powerfully. You may feel a lighter and relaxed afterwards. This sequence of poses is available for most body types and levels of experience. Follow along, do what you can. If anything doesn’t feel right or good in your bo...

THROAT CHAKRA — Neck pain? Trouble speaking up or using your voice? Can you believe that I was TERRIFIED of singing in front of people for the first 25 years of my life?! My throat chakra was so blocked it was painful if not impossible to make a sound. 🌸 The throat chakra is the region of your body where energetic circulates to help you listen and express. Too much energy here and you won’t be able to stop talking. Too little energy and your words dry up. For all the chakras we are cultivating balanced flow of energy. Yoga poses move you...

Hello!!! Welcome everyone who is new! 🤩 you are now inside my art & yoga studio where I’ve been playing with paint and recording videos of myself doing yoga to the songs that I write & produce. For years, I felt spread thin between many passions. During COVID I figured out how to integrate them all together in what you see today. I write music to express my deep feelings and then I play around lightheartedly (painting and moving my body) to the music. 🌈 I find this super powerful for feeling happier in life, feeling connected to gr...

Too sexy? — lol TikTok has permanently banned me, censorship because I’m too confident and sexy. They’re okay with teenage girls jiggling their boobies but heaven forbid if a grown woman swings in an art studio in a sexy bodysuit…shut that shit down fast! Lol I had fun creating videos on Tiktok while it lasted. That’s one reason I moved to OF — more freedom to post anything….freedom to create and play without overthinking or wasting precious mini of my life editing out nipples. I saved some of my TikTok’s so i share them with...

What do you most need? I'm here to help you feel better in your body and life. :) -- Whichever topic we explore, I'll be livestreaming from my studio, demonstrating with my body (probably wearing a bikini and t-shirt), talking a lot to break down these ideas and answering your questions. I love teaching and helping you guys feel better in your body and life. I get really nerdy about these topics so please fire away with anything you're wondering or need guidance in. It can be light and playful while also digging deeper into the so...

For those of you who are new here, WELCOME!! 🌸✨ I’m an artist in Seattle. I prioritize creativity, spirituality, physicality, sensuality and connection. Basically, all the things that feel good and fun about being in a human body. It’s not just happy feelings it’s ALL the feelings. It feels good to feel. To feel happiness, nervousness, pain, grief, joy, excitement, flirtation, curiosity, melancholy…all of it. Too much of any one emotion or sensation is overwhelming. Embracing all of it though and allowing it to move through and pas...

todays painting started on the canvas and end up on my leg. PINK and YELLOW swirls 🤩🤪💕 I went to the art store today to buy new paint. I picked up pink, yellow and turquoise. Each one cost $11 — so $33 total. ✨🌈 If you’re a fan of these new colors and you’re feeling extra sweet today, you can leave a tip on this post to help me cover the cost of paint. I promise to send you a video of this painting session…in slow motion. 😘thank you so much! I’m so happy you’re here and I get to share all these pretty things with y...

look at those tan lines ;) lol I just updated my profile picture everywhere. The photos I'm using on my website now were taken by some of my good girlfriends at the beach near Seattle where the water is full of kelp. Not a sexy Cali beach with yellow sand. I was kneeling on cold rocks with seaweed stuck to me. haha bring it on. I want to spend more time in the ocean. More time with women playing dress up (or dress down rather) on the beach. Women photographing each other is such a gorgeous way to spend our time.

I’m creating a music video for my new song LOVE and FUCK. LISTEN ON SPOTIFY: https://spoti.fi/33MzHIq I rolled around in my bed naked with the camera rolling for 5min, always hiding behind the bedsheets. My cat walked onto the bed half way through and made me laugh. lol I’m excited and a little nervous to share the final video online but I had fun making it so that’s all that matters to me. It’ll be out soon. You guys are the first to see a sneak peek of it. Something playful to look forward to 😘✌️✨
