I don't know how many people know that I have been in and out of physical therapy for over three years after my last surgery. This last year was crazy bad with nausea and headaches....and crazy neck pain. I woke up last Tuesday and thought "something is different?!" My neck pain was gone...and I had scapula muscle pain instead!! Anyway - HUGE victory for me.... I am going to slowly reintroduce my favorite sports and see how...
