Winter City Update

Hey, sorry we've been a bit incommunicado for a couple weeks. Staff's noses are down to the grindstone, and we're on track to finish up principle writing on the Winter City around the end of the month; thanks to Wsan, Skow, and (soon) Will for chipping in.
