Cleaned up
“‘Can anyone hide himself in secret places [so] that I cannot see him?’ says the LORD. ‘Do I not fill heaven and earth?’ says the LORD.” Jeremiah 23:24 (AMP)Green juice poured over the kitchen countertop like a waterfall. I stood there for a moment in disbelief, staring at the contents of my extra-large cup that had turned on its side and spilled everywhere.I made up my mind not to complain and immediately began the cleanup process. It had only taken seconds for the juice to spread far and wide, and I didn’t want it to settle any ...

Revelation Light
Good morning!A verse I was meditating on made me pause:From Luke 11:34The eyes of your spirit allow revelation-light to enter into your being. When your heart is open the light floods in…..Open your heart and consider My words. Watch out that you do not mistake your opinion for revelation-light! If your spirit burns with light, fully illuminated with no trace of darkness, you will be a shining lamp, reflecting rays of truth by the way you live.Oh how sneaky our own opinions can be! They tend to close down our hearts. As this verse points out,...

Happy Day to you!
Trust
Good morning! When God takes me to the same verse but in different books of the Bible on the same day, I sit up and take notice!Ask, and you will receive; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7And…..So it is with your prayers. Ask and you’ll receive. Seek and you’ll discover. Knock on heaven’s door, and it will one day open for you. Every persistent person will receive what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he needs. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an o...
You give and You take away
Good morning!I was praying the other day about the feeling of many things being taken away this year. My dad taken away to heaven, my mom taken away to another state are two major things. But, I sense a lot of other things coming to the surface that are being taken away too…..they may feel painful in the moment but I can sense the reason and the long term benefit.I am pretty sure you can guess what some of mine are….I won’t bore you with the long list but some of the top ones are people pleasing and performance mentality.Interesting, thou...

Rescue
Good morning! If you read yesterday’s message, this will feel like a continuation….because it is. However, it wasn’t intentional. After reading Psalm 69, I read Psalm 70 and once again….all the “R” words popped out at me!From Psalm 70 (The Passion Translation–let me know if you’d like a copy and I will mail one to you :)Please, Lord! Come quickly and rescue me! God, show me Your favor and restore me…….But let all who passionately seek You erupt with excitement and joy over what You’ve done! Let all Your lovers, who continual...

Revive, Refresh
Good morning! My friend and I share how God’s Word is such a “filler” when nothing else seems to “fill.” He has noticed that he will get that itch inside that whatever he’s doing…..even though there isn’t anything wrong with it, e.g. listening to a baseball game, ….just isn’t cutting it for him. He will open the Bible and start reading and sure as the rain that falls on dry, cracked earth, his heart softens, he is refreshed and feels he got exactly what he was looking for. That is the amazing Holy Spirit at work! There is noth...

Choices
Good morning! As I continue my study on spiritual warfare, I read something I knew but in a new way. In the margin of the book I wrote “wow.”Lucifer was an angel in God’s Kingdom but fell when he wanted to be like God. When he left God’s presence, he still had some level of authority and power that God allowed him for a time.“Lucifer seems to have a significant ability to disrupt the plans of God and His creatures. This has resulted in one of the great ironies of history - a being who uses the very power God allows him to oppose the Go...
Brave
Encounter God’s Heart...Increasing FaithMany of us can relate to the disciples as they said with sincerity, “Increase my faith!” But Jesus didn’t respond to them by telling them how their faith could be increased. He answered by reassuring them that what may feel like insufficient faith, when authentic, is actually enough to do miracles. He was encouraging them to use the faith they had and to let go of excuses that would limit their effectiveness.Let’s be brave in our prayers and unflinching in our declarations of the Word over situa...

Submission & Authority
Good morning!Submission and Authority seem like two different and opposing things. However, it is actually quite amazing that submitting to God and being willing to go the way He set out for us gives us Authority.“Now you understand that I have imparted to you all my authority to trample over his (Satan’s) kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will be able to harm you as you walk in this authority.” Luke 10: 19 TPTWe don’t act on or in that Authority very much ...

Hi Everyone! Here is the latest shoe review!
Invitation
Good morning! As I get older, and as this world seems to spin out more, I get a stronger passion to say what I feel and not worry about what people will think.Jesus was talking to His disciples about what it would be like for them when they went somewhere and they were rejected due to the message they were delivering. He said to shake the dust off their feet. This didn’t mean to stomp off and get angry or offended. It meant that they could move on with no unforgiveness towards the people who rejected them. If they didn’t shake the dust off the...
