Semi-anthro leg, construction example
Main shapes and anatomy of semi-anthro digitigrade legs. The yellow parts marked on the bones are usually bonny landmarks visible through skin/fur.A simple method as shown in the first example is to draw only "A" and "B" sections first and think of "C" as a connecting bridge between them. 1. This is an example of some things I like to look for mentally while looking at others drawings.2. At the same time, this sheet also serves as an example of an exercise I used to make: drawing and making notes over drawings and fine art I liked (similar to the ones on the middle example).I believe this kind of exercises helped me a lot in the beginning to develop observational skills and aesthetics for drawings... and to apply them on one's own drawings later.
