Progress update
HiStill working on the update.It's about the same size as last month's. The difference is that there aren't many choices in it, mostly the outcomes of previous choices. But a few more animations. Happy, as an author to see Alexandra grow as a character. And her time is fast approaching. All in all, I'm pretty happy with where it is. HiHope this finds you well.The final count is 298 renders and 2 animations of 62 frames each. I've put in the last batch of renders this morning. HiI'm in the testing phase. It's almost done.That being said, there's some kind of flooding in the basement of my building. And now I've just been told that they're talking about cutting the power for this afternoon. That's why I'm saying, I'm not sure. I'm making this quick post to give everyone a head's up. HiThings are going well. Slow but steady. My new PC broke down, and I had to switch to my old one. Lucky I kept it as a backup. Now I'm back on my new PC after it came back from warranty. What RAM stick gives out after two months? But no worries. Since I had a backup it was barely a bump on the road.Things can always put a wrench in the process. HiAs far as Alex goes, things are progressing.It's been good to see her again. I never realized how much I missed her. As things are right now, the update should be ready next weekend. But I'll make another one of these early next week, to confirm the date.A major bug has been found in IR that doesn't allow progression on the Jessica path. HiIt's been a while, hasn't it.In regards to my health, I'm good. Almost back to my old self. General update
HelloVery happy to be able to write this. I had what it turns out to be a pretty close call. A blood vessel burst on the right side of my brain.I had the surgery, and now I'm back home. Very lucky. My legs and arms function normally, I'm not slurring my speach etc... All in all, I went through it pretty much unscathed. It will still take me a while to recover though. The doctors say that I won't be ready for work till the end of the month and that rest is my primary concern for a while. I did try to do a little work, just to prove t...

Tuesday evening I was taken to the hospital due to uncontrollable vomiting.The day after they let me go, because in the current circumstances I'm more likely to die inside a hospital than outside it. What I had was apparently a mild neurovascular incident . Everything I'm working on is currently om hold. Given that I sleep for 23 h a day. Took me a day just to write this thing.
