EARLY ACCESS: Nahum // nsfw
just a wrath demon and his dick.aka a new boy (named nahum) enters the character roster! he's a hellhound who proudly guards the throne of the prime (/prince) of wrath and who is always at her side when she goes to war. but in his spare time he indulges in some other sins as well. such as lust. coughs.(also i'm kind of not used to drawing solo pics and i hope you guys like it aaaaa)// art + character © me.
SKETCHBOOK: various monster concepts // sfw
brainstorming some random monster designs! who knows, we might see some of these guys again?// art + characters © me.
in case you were wondering
as you may have noticed, my patreon page was unavailable for the last week or so, as it was under review by the patreon trust & safety team -- i'm assuming that they thought my content looked very fetishy in a wierd way. tbh, if you're not used to terato/anthro/furry porn, i perfectly understand that the smut i draw might look really odd. but i got in touch with a member of the trust & safety team and argued my case -- i have read the community guidelines many times over and would never post anything that violates them. they had another...
NSFW COMIC #2: which pairing/kinks do you want to see?
soooo i already reached my second goal of making 200 bucks/month! i am overjoyed (it happened much quicker than expected and idk if you guys understand how much that means to me ;u;) and will celebrate by making another nsfw comic, this time 5 pages long. and once more, it's up to you guys to vote on which pairing + kinks it will feature! like last time, you can vote on several options.i'll keep this poll running for longer, so that more people get to vote and also to give myself plenty of time to finish comic #1 first. this poll will e...
Question post for HTM2: How to COLOUR SCHEME!
the poll to determine the topic of HOW TO MONSTER 2 has ended and the winning subject is ... actually it was a tie between 'my personal designing process' and 'how to colour scheme,' so it was up to me to cast the deciding vote myself, so to speak. i choose to discuss COLOUR SCHEMES this time, but i would also love to talk about my personal designing process--it will appear as an option on the poll for HTM3, so those of you who are keen on it get a new opportunity to vote for it!anyway, the point with this post is to invite you ...
Monster of the Month: poll for JULY
so june's MOTM winner is spring/summer monster, which i'm very happy about since i love love love summer. now--what kind of monster do you want to see in july? you can vote for several options!AND you can leave your own requests for future MOTM polls on THIS post, or by commenting on literally any MOTM post.
OC Spotlight: Poll for JULY
which one of these guys should get feature'd in july's OC spotlight? you can vote for several options!ALSO, let me know if there's any particular OC of mine you want to see in future polls! is there anyone from a past poll that you'd like to get the opportunity to vote for again, or any character that hasn't appeared yet that you'd like to know more about?june's winner is malik, a real scoundrel of a crow. as usual i'll spend an upcoming post talking about what makes him interesting, draw a character portrait (pe...
SKETCHBOOK: Hellhound (?) concept sketches // sfw
you know how sometimes you have the best ideas in the shower? the idea for this character design came to me in the shower the other day, and as soon as i was out i rushed to my computer to doodle it. he has no name yet, and i'm not entirely sure of what he is--but i'm leaning towards a kind of hellhound??// art + character © me.
CLOSE-UPS: blue-ish // sfw
all sfw close-ups this month, i hope you like 'em despite the lack of dicks and butts! download the attached .zip below--includes three close-ups of an old favourite piece of weshau and minoru, plus three close-ups from the cave & shrine paintings i did earlier this month.// art + weshau © me; minoru © kubi.
May MOTM: Coral reef monster concept sketch + design commentary // sfw-ish
alright, time to talk about this coral reef guy. i had a kind of instant idea of what i wanted him to look like in terms of his anatomy and features. he has webbed hands and long webbed feet, for swimming. they make him a bit clumsy on land, though--which i personally think is oddly adorable. just imagine this scary sea monster waddling around on land on the webbed toes of his awkwardly long feetsies. but he's basically an ancient spirit type of creature with some magic up his sleeve, so he can shapeshift into a more human-like form if need...
May MOTM: Coral reef monster painting process // nsfw
download the attached .zip to access the process pack (20 pngs + 1 gif) for may's monster of the month painting!i feel like i keep saying "woowee i'm not used to painting with such bright colours" and yet i keep doing it over and over again so ... at the very least i should be getting more used to it by now lmfao. but even so this one is a bit *extra* colourful and ... i'm loving it. and it makes perfect sense that this monster is colourful; he lives in a heckin coral reef and he can change colour at will, to blend in with h...
May MOTM: Coral reef monster ("sketch") // nsfw
it happened again; i was gonna draw the monster of the month sketch and the "sketch" turned into more of a drawing, or at least more polished-looking than originally intended. OOPS.kaulana the coral reef monster and kohura the ocean witch! (kaulana can change colour, much like an octopus, so that's why his colours are all different from in the painting)// art + kaulana © me; kohura © kubi.
May MOTM: Coral reef monster (painting) // nsfw
VOILA! here's may's monster of the month; a coral reef monster and his bae. as i was painting this, me and kubi became so fond of the characters that we decided to incorporate them in one of our RP universes. i named the monster kaulana and he's sort of the guardian of this big coral reef (where makoa and his partner keahi also hang out). the human's name is kohura, they are a witchy type of person who one day catches kaulana's interest...// art + kaulana © me; kohura © kubi.
PROCESS (x2!): the cave & the shrine // sfw
download the attached .zips to access the process packs for these two pictures i just uploaded!the fact that i'm giving you two processes in one go is my way of making up for the fact that i don't have the time to type a lot about them. the pngs themselves are numbered but they don't have the short explanatory comments/captions i usually put on them, and i'll just jot down some more or less random notes here;- the focus with both of these pictures was the setting, the background, the mood, and the lightning, in contrast to many ...
EARLY ACCESS: the caves & the shrine // sfw
a couple of illustrations i did for an uni assignment--and this very assignment is the reason i haven't had the time to draw that much personal (smutty) art this month... i'm super happy with how these pictures came out though, and it was good to force myself to draw some proper backgrounds for once!// art + characters © me.
SKETCHBOOK: Vaska sketchdump // sfw + nsfw
i was gonna draw just a character portrait for this month's oc spotlight feat. vaska, but ended up drawing a whole page full of doodles of him (plus some amato). he's got a bunch of different forms, including a large, rugged, black owl; a scruffy wolf; and the Monster Form™ that features heavily in these sketches!// art + vaska © me; amato © kubi.
OC Spotlight May: Vaska // nsfw-ish
(before i start rambling, you can see more vaska sketches here!)---vaska has no memory of his parents. as far as he knows he might as well have sprung from the gutter itself, crawled out from between the cobblestones of the alleyways he called home. he grew up a stray of the streets of a medievaleast european town, where vaska had to be sly, selfish, andoccasionally devious to survive. he learned to fight, to run, to rob, to steal--and he was quite good at it.he ended up too cocky for his own well-being, thinking himselftoo quick, too smart, to...
PROCESS: three's a crowd // nsfw
this process pack is a bit different in that it deals with drawing multiple smaller images at once (here's the finished piece) instead of just one big drawing or painting. this means i approached it in a somewhat different way, and i hope you can find it interesting and/or useful!like i mentioned when i posted the finished picture(s), i didn't originally intend to draw this many panels of what is essentially a mini-comic. it all started out with the panel in the top left corner of the process image--ariel lubing his hand up with dragon ...
WALLPAPER(S!): May // nsfw + sfw
this month i have two warm and sunny wallpapers for you--one is nsfw, the other is sfw. download the files below, hope you like!// art + iskandar + samuel © me; renza + isaac © kubi.
SKETCHBOOK: Akhuru sketch dump // sfw-ish
some doodles of my boy akhuru! you've seen him before in some smut art. he's a sphinx, and like so many of my characters he's a shapeshifter, so he's got lots of fun forms to draw. i'm honestly still working on the details of his design; this is me thinking with my pen, getting to know the character better with every sketch.// art + character © me.
EARLY ACCESS: three's a crowd // nsfw
i swear, i really just intended to draw 4-5 close-ups of sitri getting wrecked by ariel and logan, but i kept coming up with new angles and poses and moments i wanted to draw, and got carried away. way away. before i knew it i ended up with 18 little pictures, and when i put them in a somewhat chronological order it reads a lot like a mini-comic...but hey, i'm not complaining! it was good practice for my upcoming comics.art + logan + sitri © me; ariel © kubi.
Monster of the Month: poll for JUNE
may's winner was coral reef monster - which monster do you want to see me draw in june? you can vote for several options! AND you can leave your own requests for future MOTM polls HERE, or by commenting on literally any MOTM post.
OC Spotlight: poll for JUNE
which OC do you want to learn more about in June? i'll ramble about whatever i think makes them interesting - including kinky stuff - and you can ask me sfw and nsfw questions about them.the winner of the last poll was vaska, so stay tuned for a post about a hangry vampire boy.
CLOSE-UPS: knots // nsfw
choose your champion: werewolf knot or dragon knot. download the .zip attached below to get access to these close-ups!// art + luca + iskandar © me; rin + renza © kubi.
OC Spotlight April: Luca (aka Stubs) // nsfw-ish
this turned into a very long character spotlight, because i'm currently very into this character and have a looot to say about him. buckle up.---luca (aka stubs) is honestly quite an asshole, to everyone except the select few people he truly cares about. he's often unemphatic, manipulative, cruel, selfish, and sadistic. he's Very Dominant, a predator and a bully who views most living beings as food, toys, or things that better not stand in his way. but on the other hand he's also a very loving husband and a great dad. he's a...
April MOTM: Snow & ice monster painting process // nsfw
download the attached .zip to get the process pack (20 pngs + 1 gif) for april's monster of the month painting.i coloured this using a combination of 'regular' painting and the lasso select + gradient tool method described here. i'm having a lot of fun experimenting with different techniques, combining various methods, and trying to achieve different looks in different ways. my favourite part about this piece was colouring the icy bits. i started out with a pale blue base colour, fading into the ochre fur of her legs/arms, and t...
April MOTM: Snow & ice monster concept sketch + design commentary // sfw-ish
if you're thinking "that looks quite different from the snow monster in the painting and the sketch" - you're not wrong. i mean, it's clearly the same character/creature, but some things are rather different. i guess this is a good example of how, for me, it's not uncommon that my monster designs go through some changes and fine-tuning on the way from concept sketch to finished painting.but let's start from the beginning. there's so many ways you could draw a 'snow and ice' monster, and this wasn't th...
PROCESS: Dragon's treasure // nsfw
voilà, the process pack for this painting of renza and iskandar! the .zip, which you can find attached below, contains 18 (!) pngs and 1 gif.for this piece i used much the same lasso select + gradient tool technique as described here, so i'm not going to repeat what i already discussed in that post. instead, let's talk about the unforeseen challenges i found myself facing as i coloured this image.firstly, i love the colour scheme of this pairing; they're all warmth and sunshine, with iskandar's gold scales and renza's blond...
SKETCHBOOK: Tha'ra and Soha WIP // nsfw
just some gods having a good ol' time.// art + tha'ra © me; soha © kubi.
SKETCHBOOK: Pose sketches // nsfw
a bunch of pose doodles, at various stages of (un)refinement. some of them have already been turned into finished pieces, others might be finished in the future. i have several PSDs where i just sketch ideas for poses whenever i'm Inspired(tm), and often return to those sketches later when i'm in the mood for drawing/painting but not in the mood for thinking of a pose.// art © me; characters © me + kubi.
