Haircut for Sam

No, I swear, you look at least 7 seasons younger! In this video I'm just making a personal dream come true. Don't judge me, I just think Sammy looked better with shorter hair. This is my first time messing with haircut roleplays because I wanted to wait and buy some props first. I was not about to aimlessly cut air with kiddy safety scissors, no no. Real wig, real salon scissors, real razor, real salon spray bottle, real cape. Now for the props: The mirror, photo and cape are obvious after watching the video. Unfortunately, I had to edit ...

community. media. relationships.

Community. Media. Relationships.I had to do my hair up for this, it's gonna get real.First of all, I'd like you to know that the things I'm going to complain about do not apply to you. The fact that you are here and taking me as I am is the exact opposite of my issue with all this. Thank you for accepting my heart and sticking with me through all the changes.I couldn't help but notice that the people who have the most success and support doing work like mine, videos and social media etc., have one particular thing in common. The...

SHIKI - Hidden Chains

After several days in a basement and frequent visits from this strange creature, you are still not strong enough to escape. Every drop of blood she feeds you rushes through you and leaves you agitated. Your body wants to move and you feel like you are about to burst... Yet something is just not right. Until she finds your secret...Have fun with this one. Thanks to some lovely sponsors you won't have to wait until next Halloween to see how the story progresses!I hope you like it. My biggest anxiety with this one is that the first one set the...

Transformation Spell/Ritual

This is a ritual/spell designed to help myself and you move past, well, the past. You pick what your transformation is going to be. I'm sharing mine in this video to give you an example and make you feel safe.[edited for public viewing]I hope this helps you guys find peace and empowerment.//Ally

Outtakes ★Party For Two★ #5

Sometimes funny things happen that don't make it into the video. I'm thinking about occasionally making little outtakes compilations like this one as a bonus for you guys. What do you think? Would you like to see more like this?//Ally

★Party For Two★ #5

The last poll resulted in a victory for Aquarius! So this is what I'm reading in this fun, laid back video. Probably the most unfiltered video I've ever done. I'm watching it with Jack right now, it's pretty hilarious.I hope the background noise isn't too distracting. I didn't realize my fridge would be so loud and also that the sound from the back of the microphone would be captured so well after the massage sounds from the Midnight Spa video were so faint. Let me explain. So, there's this ladder. It's next to m...

a mild inconvenience

What a start to the year. 2018 has only just started and I already had to divorce my bed (we had an abusive relationship - I'm still hurting every day) and now I also had to break up with my online grocery store. Why, you ask? Well, I went to order groceries as per usual and saw that they made some changes that made shopping there just no longer worth it. First of all, they upped the free shipping threshold from €40 to €80 - like wtf mate, I just want some organic veggies and some ham for my toast, I don't need a month's worth o...

Dark Love

This video is meant to be an immersive experience so no spoilers here. If you're watching purely for the ASMR triggers, go ahead and use this version without music. As always, magical things are in the description box.As you know, it took me two days to film this because I didn't like the first attempt. In this one I lost part of the monologue and a few triggers because I didn't realize the camera had stopped recording. I only had to edit out one bit of interference noise from my phone ... But about 20 close up stomach growls. I was...

☯ Aura Healing For The New Year ☯

For the last video of the year (it'll be the first video of the next year for everyone else), I want to give you a thorough aura cleanse and heart to heart. I'm asking you, if anything, to fully embrace this experience if you can. Thank you for sharing this journey with me and allowing me to make your life a little better. Thank you for supporting me and allowing me to have a future to look forward to. Beyond just money, you have given me security, value and a little confidence. Thank you for all your presents, donations, kind and reass...

Crashing After A Live Show

Time to crash after an awesome live show by an unnamed newcomer band! We're a little drunk so we go to my place for the night. I make us some yummy tea that our future, not hungover selves will thank us for. We chat and browse a cool fashion magazine before we get too tired to stay awake. Complementary singing.I like that description better than the one I have on the video. Let me just copy that ... there, done.I hope you enjoy this super cozy roleplay. Something crazy happened to me while making this. I've been extremely exhausted and ...

Rebranding/Name change

This is my complete statement explaining my channel name change from Rena Sage to [Esc] reality.Rena Sage was a temporary alias. Back when I decided to dip my toes into ASMR video creation, Google had already bought YouTube which at the time didn't affect me or my previous channels, but when I went to make a new channel purely for ASMR I quickly realized the kinds of changes that had been applied. As probably very many people, I was very confused why I couldn't name my channel what I wanted and had to use a "real" name. Of cours...

BTS #004

I just finished filming the last part of the Midnight Spa trilogy ... I always get so anxious when reviewing the footage but I'm happy to announce it's ... not trash. The way mercury has been fucking shit up I honestly was expecting it to have some kind of stupid error in it but it sounds fine.I survived an intense anxious and vulnerable episode that lasted two days. Today is day 3 and I feel a little more stable. Though I'm low on energy still - filming for over two hours really took it out of me. I've been going outside more o...

Why I don't monetize my videos (Ad-free channel)

This is my complete statement explaining why I choose not to monetize my ASMR videos on [Esc] reality.Ads are loud. As someone who enjoys ASMR videos myself, I have made the unfortunate but common experience of having my ears ripped apart by excruciatingly loud ads on faintly quiet ASMR videos. I am not comfortable with exposing other people to the same painful experience. Ads on ASMR videos have actually led me to downloading and utilizing Ad-block. The only ads you will ever see on my channel are ones I have no control over, such as companies...

BTS #003

Last night/this morning when I went to bed I had a feeling that someone would try to disrupt my sleep. Lo and behold I woke up to two missed calls. "Private number" which to me reads as "go fuck yourself". It's probably grandma and the answer is NO.My most looked forward to "top secret" mystery project was delayed due to a critical costume error. I will need a little while to fix it but I'm aiming to finish it before Xmas. Literally everything besides the costume is ready to go. I've worked on this plot for a...

☽☯☾ Midnight Spa ☽☯☾ 2/3

I present you part 2 of the Midnight Spa trilogy. You are in for a treat with this extra long massage package, consisting of a solid half hour scalp massage, a solid half hour back massage (I emphasize the word solid because I don't like it when the ASMRtist says it'll take so and so long and then it cuts off after 5 minutes...) and complementary tea. I've worked hard to create a soothing ambience by carefully choosing the background, lighting, teas, candles and other props and by remixing some of the most soothing parts of Adrian v...

BTS #002

Oh, good, it only takes 21 hours to render one of these spa videos. I was worried I'd get to play a game on a Sunday evening.Right now I'm "enjoying" some "random snow plows at 4:45PM" ASMR. While I appreciate the people who make our streets safe to walk on and keep society functioning, I also want to complain about how their jobs conflict with my job in the mornings, as they start as early as 4AM on some days. At least the non-stop screaming toddler (and I mean non-stop in the most literal sense of the word...) doesn&#3...

BTS #001

After a couple days of battling with makeshift tripods (including the model "emptied bookshelf" by "I don't want to buy stuff I'm only going to have to ship"), wind shields that kept harassing my left ear microphone, and microphone angles that convinced me that my perception of sound is WRONG, I finally managed to record a decent enough scalp massage for an upcoming Midnight Spa video. After successfully editing out the repeated noise of one of my neighbors slamming their front door for no apparent reason the entire afte...

☾ Smoke Bath and Crystal Reading ☾

This is the first roleplay in which I'm testing out the sound of my new baby, the Zoom H-6 recorder. Enjoy some warm tea, a soothing smoke bath and whispered reading on your most requested crystals! Though I made a mistake there and read tiger's eye instead of the actual most requested obsidian - I totally remembered that wrong! I'm sorry about that and I will read obsidian along with the second highest voted, blood stone and amber, next time.Let me know what you think about the sound!I hope this cozy roleplay makes you feel warm an...

The FUTURE is NOW

In my hands right now I'm holding the next two years of [Esc] reality. Not only is this a vast improvement upon my past sound quality - with this amazing device, the intense Zoom H-6 in all its glory, I will be able to provide you the ultimate relaxation experience in all future videos.Thank you for making this possible. I know I've been putting off getting new equipment due to expected changes in my living situation but things just lined up so perfectly (Merry Xmas to me! Lol) that this investment won't set back my savings too much....

So this video includes shiny sparklers, fizzy cider and plenty of dirty innuendos. 🎁 Holiday Shopping 🎁

Just in time for the holidays, I'm starting a sale at the ArtsyAlchemist shop and wanted to grant you early access to this one aswell, besides just all my videos, to thank you for your support! In this video I'm introducing something old, something new, something blue- and, well, the CD's aren't borrowed but were kindly gifted to me by Damien specifically to sell in my shop. There's lots more stuff to check out if you're interested and a lot of it is one of a kind so once it's gone, it's gone. That's why I th...

SHIKI - You Survived

You just woke up, finding yourself surrounded by silence and the stench of death all around. You feel weak and don't understand what's going on. Through the silence, a voice breaks. You want to scream for help but you can't. The voice approaches you. You will be saved, but will you be safe? I hope you enjoy this long requested sequel to my first horror themed roleplay - you will meet a different character and make a new friend... a very sexy friend. Depending on the feedback she may appear in more videos. I really hope I hit the spo...

🍵 Quiet Tea Room Date 🍵

Have a laid back tea (and dessert) date in a quiet downtown tea room with a gorgeous view on the city street (though you can't take your eyes off me ... literally)The immersive experience is made possible by the lively sidewalk and fluorescent bulb ambience sounds. If you think to yourself "What's that annoying buzzing in the background?" or "Shit all this noise is so distracting!", try the version without ambience.Either way, sit back and relax with some tingly sounds including tea sampling, eating and drinking, card ga...
