Ash Ascendant: Chapter 34
Hi all,Here’s the next chapter.Chapter 34The jeep's engine sputtered to a halt in the open field beyond Fortree's forest. Ash emerged, his eyes scanning the endless expanse of grass that stretched towards the horizon. This place would serve his purposes perfectly. The doors slammed shut behind his companions. Seven figures arranged themselves around him in a loose circle—his mum, Zinnia, Erika, James, Jessie, Mustard, and Winona."Are you certain about this, love?" Delia asked.Ash smiled. "I'm ready, Mum.""You&...
The Mage's Path: Chapter 39
Hi all,Here's the next chapter. I'm still using my phone while my laptop is getting fixed, so this took me longer to write.Chapter 39They stood in the darkened corridor, watching the Imps at the intersection, brainstorming on how they would deal with them."Let's retreat into the corridor," Harry whispered. "I want to try something."They withdrew deeper into the corridor. Harry cast Magelight and an orb of brilliant white light materialised above his head. For an instant, it illuminated the surroundings, and then the ...
The Mage's Path: Chapter 38
Hi all,Here’s the next chapter. Another Mage’s Path chapter coming tomorrow.Chapter 38Harry sat on the tent floor, the underground spring's discovery still fresh in his mind. He had unlocked the Water attunement skill, and now he possessed the material needed for his golem's body. Without hesitation, Harry spent twelve path points to unlock three n...
Pokemon: Resurgence Chapter 92
Hi all,Here’s the second chapter. Two Mage’s Path chapters are next.Chapter 92The fire crackled cheerfully between them at the campsite. Lucas poked the flames with a stick, filling content after roasting some s'mores over the fire. His eyelids were heavy after a long day of exploring, yet the island’s possibilities had his mind buzzingHe had bought tent kits for the trip, which created a repellent field that kept wild Pokemon away. They were an improved version of the ones he had used before, able to deter Pokemon up to level seventy...
Pokemon: Resurgence Chapter 91
Hi all,Here’s the first chapter. I will post a second Pokemon Resurgence chapter this week.Chapter 91Lucas listened intently, but the boat remained at the intersection. Its engine had ceased minutes ago. Whoever had entered their underground domain wasn't leaving anytime soon."Saphira," he said. "Move closer to the intersection. Silent as you can manage."The massive Dragonite's powerful limbs cut through the water without creating so much as a ripple. Lucas marvelled at her grace—despite her size, she moved like a sh...
The Wind Mage's Legacy: Chapter 29
Here’s the next chapter. Still working on the Artisan Path chapter.Chapter 29The room settled into expectant silence. Duncan McDonald commanded attention from the head position."First," Duncan began, "let's address the sceptics in the room, who don't believe Gaia has returned. I understand your doubts, but our clan, and several others here, possess information you may lack."A weathered man with calloused hands slammed his palm against the table."Out with it already, Duncan." The man’s accent was distinctively...
Ash Ascendant: Chapter 33
Hi all,Here’s the second chapter.Chapter 33Chaos erupted in the darkness.Shouts rang out from every corner of the auction hall. The private boxes suddenly blazed with spiritual pressure—raw, furious power that pressed down on everyone like the weight of mountains.Ash lurched to his feet. James and Jessie flanked him, their cultivation energy crackling defensively. The box trembled under the assault of competing auras from the other private rooms."Whoever they are, they're bloody furious," James hissed.Light blazed back to life. ...
Ash Ascendant: Chapter 32
Hi all,Here’s the first chapter. I’m still finishing the second chapter, but it will be ready in about three to four hours.Chapter 32Ash launched himself sideways, Skarmory's talons carving through empty air where his skull had been milliseconds before. The Steel-type's wings snapped wide as it pulled from the dive, banking sharply for another pass.Blitz's magnetic units spun rapidly, the Magneton assessing the airborne threat. The Pokemon was magnificent, two metres of razor-edged death wheeling overhead.Skarmory folded its win...
The Mage's Path: Chapter 37
Hi all,Here’s the second Mage’s Path chapter. Struggled with this one.Chapter 37The same evening that Harry promised himself to complete the Troll quest, he made his way down to the first-floor corridor with the secret passage. Celeste went with him, saying he might get into trouble and she didn’t want him to handle it alone. He spoke the password, and the stone wall split apart. They stepped into the tunnel. Harry blinked as he saw that the tunnel was brightly lit. Torches blazed in iron sconces, their flames dancing against weathered sto...
The Mage's Path: Chapter 36
Hi all,Here’s the next chapter. The second Mage’s Path chapter will be out later today.Chapter 36Dawn crept across the Black Lake, painting its surface in shades of gold and amber. Harry's breath misted in the crisp morning air as his feet pounded against the ground. Beside him, Ron's heavy breathing had deteriorated into harsh gasps."Come on," Harry called, slowing his pace. "Keep up."Ron stumbled to a halt, hands on his knees. "Bloody hell, Harry. How are you not dying?"“I’ve been doing this longer than...

Hi all,Here’s the first chapter of the week.Chapter 90Once Bree arrived, events began to unfold rapidly.Persian launched itself at Lucas, claws extended. He activated his aura barrier at the last second, the translucent blue energy absorbing the Slash attack. The cat Pokemon's claws scraped against the shield, sparks flying from the impact. The electricity sparking off the shield caused Persain to recoil in surprise. At the same moment, Bree launched her surprise attack. The kitchen knife punctured Giovanni's back, the steel sliding be...

Hi all,Here’s the 1st of 6 chapters for the week. Pokemon: Resurgence chapter coming tomorrow.Chapter 10513th AugustHarry pushed open the door of his shop in Diagon Alley. The curiosity was driving Harry insane. He had suggested to Fawkes that it must be a secret organisation like...
The Wind Mage's Legacy: Chapter 28
Hi all,Here’s the first chapter for the week. Sorry, it took me so long to get out. The Artisan’s Path chapter will be out later tonight/tomorrow.Chapter 28The car pulled through wrought-iron gates that stretched twenty feet high.Harry pressed his face to the window as the McDonald estate revealed itself—a Gothic monstrosity that didn’t fit with the New York countryside. The Wind Mage's Legacy: Chapter 27
Hi all,Here’s the first chapter for today.Chapter 27They returned to the temple after Harry overcame Baxi’s trials.Harry took a moment to rest, exhausted from the ordeal Baxi put him through. Harry took a long drink, easing his sore throat."Before we get started on training," Harry said. "I...
Ash Ascendant: Chapter 30
Hi all,Here’s the next chapter.Chapter 30The Overseer approached with measured steps, each footfall sending fresh waves of pressure cascading over Ash. Sweat broke out across his forehead as he fought to remain standing under the invisible weight. Behind him, Zinnia braced herself against the doorframe, her face tight with strain."So," the Overseer said, his voice surprisingly soft for someone radiating such overwhelming power. "You're the ones that overcame the trials.”Administrator Wei cleared his throat. "May I introd...
One-Shot: Path of Reincarnation
Hi all,Here’s the second chapter. The idea for this one-shot was spawned from imagining how I could do the “truck-kun” trope differently.Chapter 1 - The Cliched Serial KillerEthan Reeves gripped the steering wheel of his modified Ford Mustang as he cruised slowly through the streets of Millbrook, Indiana. His eyes scanned every intersection, every side street, searching for that one vehicle that had haunted his dreams for the past two years. A black truck. On the passenger seat beside him lay an open manila folder, its contents spilling sl...
The Mage's Path: Chapter 34
Hi all,Here’s the first chapter. I’m massively behind schedule, but I’m going to post another chapter later today. It’s going to be another one-shot. I will try to get the next two chapters out tomorrow.Chapter 34Celeste's wings twitched as consciousness slowly returned. She groaned, her tiny body aching as if she'd been trampled by a herd of hippogriffs. Through bleary eyes, she took in unfamiliar stone walls surrounding her. Where was she?She pushed herself upright, immediately noticing something different. Her arms seemed lon...
Update on Posting Schedule
Hi all, Sorry for posting later than usual. I've started a part-time job and just moved to a new apartment, which has kept me pretty busy getting everything settled. The only change is that all chapters will now be posted during the second half of the week. Since most chapters already went up during that time anyway, you probably won't notice much difference. Now that I've got things sorted out, I'm planning to release four chapters for the rest of this week, with the first one coming tomorrow.Cheers.
Pokemon: Resurgence Chapter 88
Hi all,Here’s the third chapter for the week.Chapter 88The dingy underground bar reeked of stale beer and smoke. Lucas nursed his whisky, eyes fixed on the politician across the room. Gregory Winters—former Kanto parliamentary secretary to Shido—lounged at a corner table with a scantily-clad woman perched on his lap. His pudgy fingers traced lazy circles on her thigh while he laughed too loudly at something she said. Two burly men flanked his table, their eyes constantly scanning the room. Both wore suits that barely concealed the outline ...
HP: The Artisan's Path Chapter 104
Hi all,Here’s the second chapter for the week.Chapter 1045th AugustHarry was in his workshop, putting the finishing touches on his gauntlet. It only required some minute adjustments to some of the rune arrays. He'd spent the last week refining every detail, ensuring it functioned precisely as intended.Octo handed him a runic pen, and Harry thanked the miniature construct. He had discovered Octo enjoyed helping him in his workshop, no matter how small the task. It felt like it could read his thoughts, offering him tools before he even had t...
The Wind Mage's Legacy: Chapter 26
Hi all,Here’s the first chapter of the week.Chapter 26Harry surrendered to the Black Wind state. His vision sharpened as crimson flooded his irises, the world around him reduced to targets and obstacles. Wind whipped violently around his body, lifting nearby objects from the station floor orbiting him like miniature satellites in a violent storm. The Balan twins exchanged a look before splitting up, using their lightning-enhanced speed to circle Harry from opposite directions.Cristina remained where she stood, observing the fight. Her fingers ...

Ash Ascendant: Chapter 29
Hi all,Here’s the final chapter for last week.Chapter 29The seven cultivators stepped through the doorway. A circular platform stretched before them, surrounded by a seemingly bottomless void. Seven stone pillars rose from the platform's edge, each bearing deep grooves etched into the rough surface.Ash studied the chamber, noting how the pillars formed a perfect heptagon—in the centre stood a raised dais—empty, with no obvious function. In front of them was a stone plinth with the instructions for the trial. The group crowded around th...
The Mage's Path: Chapter 33
Hi all,Here’s the fourth chapter for the week. His watering can clatter...
Pokemon: Resurgence Chapter 87
Hi all,Here’s the third chapter for the week.Chapter 87The market sprawled across what must have once been a maintenance junction, gutted and repurposed into this underground bazaar. Flickering electric lights hung from exposed pipes, casting severe shadows across the faces of its inhabitants. The air reeked of unwashed bodies and refuse.Lucas wrinkled his nose. The smell would take some time getting used to."Go invisible," Lucas whispered to Meowth. "Explore the area and listen in on the locals. See if you can uncover any useful ...
HP: The Artisan's Path Chapter 103
Hi all,Here’s the second chapter for the week.Chapter 10326th JulyHarry stifled a laugh as Blaise adjusted his Wolverine mask for the fifth time, growling with frustration."Remind me why I agreed to this?" Blaise muttered, flexing his hands so the retractable claws extended with a satisfying snikt."Because you're secretly a massive nerd," Daphne replied, tossing her platinum-blonde wig over her shoulder. Her Emma Frost costume—a white leather corset, matching trousers and cape—had already drawn appreciative glances from...
The Wind Mage's Legacy: Chapter 25
Hi all,Here’s the first chapter of the week.Chapter 25Harry stared at the portrait. The painted man returned his gaze with equal intensity, a slight smile playing at the corners of his mouth."You look surprised," the portrait said. "Did no one tell you about this place?""I didn't know—who are you?""Alexander Potter, from the ninth century." The portrait studied him with obvious curiosity. "You have the eyes. They always mark a true Potter. And judging by the way the statues responded to you, you'v...
