Majuular LIVE | Resident Evil Village #2
Join me as the mayonnaise flows like wine! In this episode we evade an evil baby, defeat Dr. Moreau & head to Heisenberg's factory.
Patron Update #9 - A small change
Hey everybody, hope you're doing well. We officially got a shitload of snow, so it's a winter wonderland where I'm right now. Comfy or uncomfy depending on the circumstances.Last update, I mentioned that Yakuza 5 would be the next game I'd be dropping a review on - I'm making a minor change. Now, I've decided to delay that video a bit despite having worked on it already. Instead, I'll be releasing a "Games made in RPG maker mega-review" (working title), in which I do shorter, traditional reviews on a total of...
Majuular LIVE | Resident Evil Village #1
In this episode, we start the game, complete Castle Dimetrescu, and prepare ourselves for next stream where I'll be tackling House Beneviento.
Patron Update #8: The next big video REVEALED + future ideas
Hey everybody! Hope the Spooktoberween season is treating you well. So, it's been a minute since my Xenogears video was released, and I wanted to let my Patrons know that the next big video is going to be for Yakuza 5! It's a series that I've wanted to talk about for a while, and the fifth game is so dense & varied with it's content, that I think it'll work great for a video.I've got a few other people involved in this one, including a voice cameo from a recognizable YouTuber friend of mine. I'm also doing a live acti...
Spooktoberween Stream #3: Silent Hill Finale + Clock Tower (SNES)
Enjoy my playthrough of "Born From a Wish" in Silent Hill 2, followed by me making a clown of myself in Clock Tower!
Spooktoberween Silent Hill 2 Stream #2
In this episode, we finish Silent Hill 2 and create some very mayonnaise-centric memes.
B-B-BONUS: My Thoughts on the Silent Hill 2 Remake Trailer
Just kind of threw this together in 20 minutes, cats scratching & fan blowing in the background. Figured I'd make it a "bonus" for Patrons. The SH2 remake is drawing a lot of strong opinions, I don't really agree with what motivates a lot of those.
Patron Update #7 + Streaming Tomorrow
Hey everybody,Just released a short video today, pre-production for my next longer video has already been going on and continues. It'll be a fun one - a little different, but still in the spirit of the channel. I won't reveal what it is just yet, but stay tuned in future updates. On top of playing the game, I've been doing some reading & watching movies on the topic of the game. I'm also hoping to shoot some "live-action" segments, making this a bit more ambitious outside of my typical "disembodied narration" sty...
Patron Update #6 + Xenogears goodybag
Hey all, thanks for your patience over the last few months. The Xenogears video is out and I hope you enjoy it!I just combined an update here with the XG goodybag (AKA some of the stupid jokes + visual stuff I made for the video). It'll probably be a while until I make another 3 hour video, my girlfriend's had enough of me hunched over my keyboard editing in the wee hours of the morning :) But ultimately, I'm happy with the product. I hope to have created something that resonates with Xenogears fans, or anyone with an interest in the...
Patron Update #5 - Xenogears Script Update
Hopefully the picture says more than words. Can't stop won't stop.Almost on Disc 2, keeping a brisk pace but staying detailed. This will be the longest video yet.
Patron Update #4 - Xenogears Plans & Other Things
Howdy everyone,Autumn is upon us - my favorite season, and incidentally a season that only lasts about 2 weeks in the Canadian Prairies before we're assaulted with -45 degree weather. In any case, I find September/October & horror games are meant for each other, so I've got a few things planned in that regard.I've decided that I'm going to release a smaller video on the game 'Gloomwood', which just released in early access. As you may know, I love immersive sims like Thief, so this is right up my alley. I planned to just...
Final Fantasy 7 Review (Audio Only)
Howdy there,I recognize my Xenogears video is still a little ways off, so I recorded a """podcast""" talking about FF7:R while it's still fresh in my mind. I'm just experimenting with this format, so the video is private. I've posted on Twitter as well, just wanted to make sure anyone who doesn't follow me there has access to this vid as well :)Thanks as always for the continued support, please let me know what you think of vid. I'm certainly open to the possibility of doing more, as it doesn't ta...
Morning Quaffee Stream - Outer Wilds (blind playthrough) #1
Thanks for anyone who tuned in, I'm VERY fascinated by this game and can't wait to find some answers to my questions.
Patron Update #3 - What's Next?
Hello Friends & Patrons! With the Dawn of the New World video finished, I can finally turn my head to greener pastures. Over the next couple of days I'll crank out the 10,000 subscriber video, but I've already been working on my next BIG video. That video will be on Xenogears!I'd never played it before, and it's one that I get requested often. This will be a very POSITIVE video (short of the game ending with every character dying and "Fuck You" being written on screen... which I guess is a possibility), and no doubt a long...
Submit Q&A Questions Here!!!
Hey everybody,I just hit 10K subs (which is very exciting for me)! That said, I'll be doing a celebratory video soon.I'll do a combination of commonly asked questions in my comments sections, as well as Patreon questions for a Q&A. So reply in the comments with your questions! You're welcome to ask multiple (try to keep it below 90) and I'll respond to them in the video! Thanks again to everybody for continuing to support me, I've got some very special videos planned coming up that I think will make a lot of people happy.
Patron Update #2
Greetings & salutations everyone,Hope all's well. Just wanted to provide an update so you know I'm alive and have an idea for upcoming content.I'm totally recovered from COVID now, but that really knocked the energy right out of me. The Symphonia 2 video has taken a bit longer than anticipated because of that, but should be out at the end of the week/this weekend. I figure it'll be a bit over an hour, so pop a suitable amount of corn in accordance with that. Will throw up a short clip/trailer for Lordly Caliber tier soonlike.I&#...
Quick Update
Hey everyone, hope you're all having a good summer. The Patreon app is very shitty, so for some reason a lot of responses I've made to people keep getting lost/not sending. Frankly, I'm not even confident this update will be posted, but I'm crossing my fingers. Just wanted to let you know - I'm not ignoring anyone! I really appreciate all of the kind words and suggestions, and definitely keeping it all in mind.So some bad news - I have COVID! Doesn't seem to be a particularly bad case, the most miserable part by far is ju...
Patron Update #1
Hello new & old frens. I'll probably do these short updates periodically so everybody knows what's going on.Thanks for the kind word about the Symphonia review! I'm happy with the feedback, and it's currently my best performing video within the amount of time it's been out - so that's awesome. As for future plans, my next actual review will probably be for Symphonia's sequel on Wii. Should be interesting because there are less kind things to say about that one (it'll be my first time going through it). Before then...
ToS Review Goody Bag
Various shoops & doodles I created for the review. Also, welcome new Patrons!P.S. I'll be doing a comfy Daggerfall stream on Youtube tonight at 6 PM CDT. Stream will be archived for all patrons, just figured I'd let you know while I post. If you want a more reliable way of knowing when I stream, follow me on twitter.twitter.com/majuularThanks again, have a great weekend everyone!
Collected Goody Bags + some bonus content.
Patreon was giving me some trouble with uploading my images, so I compiled everything into a Zip file you can download at your leisure. So on top of all of the promised Goody Bag stuff (that is, all of the drawings, shops & thumbnails used for the videos so far), there's also some bonus stuff in here. There's some no-context pixel art I've made, as well as some pixel art & 3D renders I made for a game I was working on last year. It was like Mike Tyson's Punch-Out but you were beating up e-celebs in boxing matches. I gave up on th...
Welcome to the Patreon!
First of all - you folks rule. Not two months ago, my channel sat at 14 subscribers (most of whom were friends or family). I dropped that Chrono Cross video, where over the course of 3-ish weeks it had collected 34 views. I wasn't dispirited, I know how fickle YouTube can be - but then the algorithm Gods kissed the video, and its lead to a really positive trajectory for my channel. I know at least a couple of you were very early commenters, giving me helpful advice & telling me to keep going. For that, and the ongoing support from everyone ...
