Glustony
Another request from the monthly $4 patron thread! DreamingEndless asked to see Lust and Gluttony switching roles. Gluttony manages to look even more adorable! But Lust with potentially normal human curves... So sad, so sad...

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 17 The aliens watch over Rico's tests (and his regular embarrassments and failures) dispassionately. Then, one poses dramatically, puffing itself up once more, and exclaims, "We must work harder! For our people!" While he's recovering from a test, the aliens clamp a new tube into Rico's mouth. Instead of having a face mask, this one sucks onto his mouth, puckering his lips, so it appears as though he's kissing the machine. Rico struggles...

"Great Monster Hunter" does not appear to be in any of Ruth's many job descriptions. Sure, we all know Mercy would have single-handily taken down this monster and anyone threatening this kingdom, but Ruth needs a helping hand from time to time.

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 16 The scene jumps forward a little to a montage of Rico being put through tests that just seem to reenact scenes from the aliens' intercepted movies. Rico stumbles in the body and outfit as he tries to escape creatures engineered to be like bad B movie monsters come to life. The tests seem designed without purpose and reflect little more than the starlets' roles as swooning damsels, helpless against the monsters from their movies. The aliens monitor Ri...

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 15 Rico slowly comes to inside a clear cell or tube in an all-white glowing room. It's so white that it shines out the details of everything outside the tube and Rico squints his eyes. He's suspended in his tube, almost floating, but his body is numb and doesn't immediately react or move, like he just woke up from days of sleeping. Rico notices his body now and panics. Looking down, he sees a woman's body, similar to the movie star's from ea...

That's monster profiling, Roland! Maybe it was some OTHER giant creature. But look at the way Sam so valiantly stepped forward to distract the creature and allow Roland to save the day. She's such a hero!

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 14 Dazed, Rico tugs at the hose, struggling to remove it, but the hose and mask stay put as the machine continues to pump the goop into him and he has no choice but to keep swallowing it. The aliens show no concern for him and continue to work on their device. Rico's body is starting to change, causing him to stop pulling on the hose. His skin grows tight and tingles all over before Rico notices the bulges pushing out from his chest. Soon, his body pulses i...

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 13 Now free of the injections, Rico struggles to drag himself over to the aliens. He's not visibly hurt, but he's definitely groggy and weakened. Slight blue glows pulse off-sync from under his skin. The aliens don't visibly react to his presence. Rico steadies himself with an arm up on their console and tries to speak. As he's about to protest, without looking, one of the aliens places a face mask on him. The mask is clear and plastic-y, covers...

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 12 A machine arm unfolds from above the same as the movie display did, all metal and sharp edged mechanisms, and aims itself at Rico. He's barely recovered from swallowing the sphere so he doesn't notice the device or react to it. The arm's head is filled with a number of thin needles that are coated with a series of small blue orbs. The multi-pronged needles are jabbed into Rico's arms and the orbs pump into him rhythmically, flowing into his s...

And the day is saved. Kind of. In a bit of time. The mad doctor is defeated (or with a rock-induced concussion) and the aliens are routed (or looted of all their gear). And we'll eventually get around to fixing up our maiden. Teamwork isn't this team's best trait.
MGP Christmas Commission
Taralynn commissioned me for a picture of Rob and Viv from Magical Girl Policy so we're sharing it here today! Spreading that Christmas cheer... on the first full day of Chanukah... I plan things well!I don't normally like to disobey commissioners, but Tara asked me to design some ugly Christmas sweaters and instead, I delivered her the best Christmas sweater ever. Some times you need to put your reputation on the line for art.Read MGP over at Tara's site! http://taralynn.sincomics.com/frontpage/

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 11 As the aliens chatter and flutter among themselves, Rico seems happy they finally figured it out. He slumps forward a little and sets down what he was using to draw on the display, relieved this ridiculousness is almost over, for him at least. Maybe Earth will have issues, but it's out of Rico's hands now. Rico looks toward the iris and hole he was sucked up through and asks the now approaching aliens, "Can you drop me off at home? You know, I ca...

Oh man, those are the worst kind of aliens! Or maybe second worst if we want to drag Rico in for an opinion. And Ruth is still a science bigot. For shaaame.

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 10 Having forsaken the pictures and diagrams, Rico rambles, semi-educatedly, on XY versus XX chromosomes. He starts trailing off about hormones and chemicals to hide his lack of real in-depth scientific knowledge. The aliens finally perk up, the confusion is washed from their faces, and they are clearly absorbing what Rico is awkwardly putting out to them. He continues the best he can now that he sees interest and comprehension on their faces for the first tim...

And our final trip to the cursed shop is through a trade with Melkorios. You always read the label! Cursed outfits are pret-ty uppity about that kind of thing. So help you if you use a warm wash instead of cold...In return, Mel sent us a look at the cruel testing Lust performs before making her outfits. Sure you need to make sure you're not being ripped off by your expanding silk salesman, but please look for the "Not tested on Pips" labels on your clothing.Big thanks to everybody that participated! I'll post the final full-size...
Tag Cleanup
Hi folks, quick update. I went through the un-tagged posts on the site and added the "Mercynaries" and "Comics Only" tags to the appropriate comic updates. Because I love you. Now, all the Mercs pages should be tagged and show up if you search using those tags. I also managed to add tags to a few of the Mercs What Ifs and stories, so if you search using the Mercynaries tag, those posts will display as well.Patreon didn't have the tags during the first few years, so outside of the Mercynaries comics, early posts probably aren&...

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 9 In a silent panel, Rico is motioning to crudely drawn sketches he has made on a whiteboard-like holographic screen and the aliens are glaring intently at it. Poor drawn male and female humans dot the board with arrows strategically pointing around and at them as Rico lectures. Rico explains the core concept of males vs females to the aliens, to whom this is an entirely novel concept. He has pulled upon the best health class taught by a gym teacher public educ...

Whoa, not classy at all. You don't tell a nice lady like that that she's outdated bio-engineering. I know you're evil and all, but you can be evil with a little respect.

Back at the cursed shop, Pip continues to display his mastery of customer service. That boy is working towards management!Today's picture is thanks to Running Toaster! Who asked for:"A girl making a complaint about a bow that was purchased as she, formally a he, was told it was a neck bow, and now she is all dressed out in a frilly gothic lolita style dress and that she can't remove the bow from her hair"

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 8The aliens have had it with Rico's insolence. Puffing themselves up grandly once more, they point menacingly back and force between the movie and Rico. "If you refuse to help us and give us your others, you will toil in their place, Insolent One!"Rico now realizes that the alien's lack of understanding/stupidity could be a bigger threat to him than their rage. His eyes dart back and forth for an escape or something to placate them, but he settl...

Title: TransportedMedia: ComicMain Characters: Rico, Alien GraysChapter 1: IntroPage 7 The aliens have quickly turned frustrated with Rico. They gesture wildly and pointedly to their video screen and the movie. Just barely holding itself back from shaking or slapping Rico, one alien shouts at him, "The creatures! From the video message. That will save Mars!" Rico, now having lost any fear or awe he once had for the aliens, shares in their mixture of confusion, annoyance, and inklings of anger. He stares the alien down with raised eyebro...
