I guess it's time to face the music with this chapter of "Heaven is a Prison" and how I felt I rushed those last pages. But taking it as a whole I think still feels like something more, which is what I'd like to do: More of This. I actually had a breakthrough for this Project and about how to take this idea that sprouted the oddball first chapter and make it into something worth saying with a proper finished collection of cautionary tales of belief. Hello. I had hoped to get you the last pages of "Heaven is a Prison" but work and travel caught up and beat me up and stepped on me and called me names (!). So I finished work, prepared for travel, and made a greatures strip instead of the other thing (forgot its name already). It will be an otherwise quiet week until we see the end of that other comic I mentioned (something about a prison). Thank you.

I didn't really think I'd have come back to this, but I had some extra thoughts about Religion and this or that and, well, might as well shove it into a convoluted manga parody/plot. The little green guy I would draw all the time in old gunshows and misc comics here and there were all based on this character I drew in my childhood. I made him up with some friends in 3rd grade and we drew comics about Hurly in the desert getting ran over by steamrollers, and it launched something within me that could not be stopped. Hello! I needed to return to Greatures. We all need a return to Greatures. But, I am knee deep in both Finishing up my new bad archival website AND Chapter 2 of "Heaven is a Prison" (writing it at least). I'm going to attempt both of those things even more later today. But, alas! A Greatures needed to occur. It's only fair.
