Reports of Account Weirdness
Hi Everyone.I'm getting some reports from a few people that Patreon is being weird. There are a few reports of people who signed up on the 5 dollar tier being listed as on the 3 dollar tier, and are also unable to upgrade back to the 5 dollar tier. Also there are reports of people who signed up at the beginning of the month or the end of last month having their money inexplicably refunded and their sign up not going through. If you have a moment today, log in to Patreon or check on the Patreon app for the status of your subscription and mak...
Oh, Hi.
You may have noticed that you haven't been able to access our Patreon in the past 24 hours. If you didn't notice, great, you have had a much better 24 hours than we have. Patreon has not yet explained what happened or why we were inexplicably banned on Monday morning. I imagine getting the answer on that will take some time. But the important thing is: we're back and you can now access everything on our Patreon. If you are having any difficulties or questions, please let us know. This has been a truly miserable experience for us and ...

Announcing Our New Mini Series!
Hello there! How’s the New Year coming along? Ours is very busy. I’m not sure who created the idea that a hiatus meant you got to relax, but I would definitely like a word with them.In the midst of all our hiatus-ing, I wanted to send everyone a quick note to announce something new! As you all know, last season we had a fantastic time bringing you “Young Leif”, our first mini-series within the Midnight Burger universe. It was a great experience to be able to expand the world of the diner, and it we wanted to keep that idea going in Seaso...

It's Good to Have Options
Hi, Everyone. So, if you recall, a few weeks ago I reported to you that Patreon did the equivalent of slipping on a banana peel and falling into a pit of flaming snakes when they moved their billing services to Ireland. Subscribers were suddenly getting kicked from their subscriptions when their payments were declined and to get back in they sometimes had to use a different credit card if they had one. It was a mess. The mess was not an apocalyptic one for us, luckily. But there are some former members of this Patreon out there who have been kick...
Whoooooops.
Hi everyone. You may have noticed that when I publish each episode I attach the script for that episode to the post. You may have also noticed that, attached to the post that was just sent out, I accidentally attached the script for the season finale rather than the script for Chapter 31. Sorry about that.Of course now if you wanted to you could totally ruin the finale for yourself. Please don't. It's much better if you don't do that.I changed the post a few minutes after it went out, and I've attached the proper script to this m...

Cloudy With a Chance of Spotify Integration.
Hello everyone! As some of you may know, one of the drawbacks of Patreon is that you can't listen to your Patreon content in the Spotify player. As of today that has ALLEGEDLY changed.I all-caps "allegedly" because, as we all know, Patreon has a tendency to do a Keystone Cops routine from time to time, but let's give them the benefit of the doubt this time, shall we?If you want to listen to your Patreon content on the Spotify player you will need to link your Spotify account to your Patreon account. The directions for that proces...
Patreon Has Screwed Up Real Bad
Hi everyone. We got some really annoying news from Patreon last night. Their email reads:"An issue with a payment partner is causing a slightly higher-than-normal number of your patron payments to be declined by their banks. We've traced the increased declines back to payments system upgrades required by one of our processing partners. Patrons might see some payments declined while changes take effect."This is, of course, some very amateur hour bullshit and a huge inconvenience for us and for you. If you are having issues with your s...
Check out the Fan Art Pinterest Board!
Hi Everyone!Over the course of these three seasons we've gotten amazing fan art of all sorts and it is a challenge sometimes to keep track of it. So, we wanted to create the equivalent of the "pinned to the refrigerator with a magnet art display" for all the amazing art that yourselves and others have created for the show. So... we created a Pinterest board. If you follow that link you'll be able to browse Midnight Burger Art to your heart's content and also check back in from time to time for any new additions. It's real...
