The imps got their own "plot relevant" area!!!!! I was so proud of them!!! It honestly made me really happy to see them be acknowledged by a quest!(*for reference since this is an optional area: this is in the unlockable western area of the mountaintops of the giants)

A lot of people were telling me this was a fun gimmick fight - it still took like 2 hours for me to do this one lol!!! I guess it was partially because I insisted on finishing it with the imps, who don't do well with lava - they were troopers!!!!

FINALLY went back to finish up all the requests at Volcano Manor and came to the conclusion I didn't want to do Patches' homework for him lolApparently Patches is a legacy character who appears in most other Fromsoft games-- but I've never played other Fromsoft games! But I actually liked Patches a lot, I love a good dipshit 👍👍

After throwing myself at the wall of Optional Boss, I finally looked up a cheat for killing Alecto: Black Knife Ringleader and unlocked her daughter Tiche as summon!!!!Tiche's whole thing is like, she's supposed to be one of the best summons in the game but also I just killed her mom?? Crab Boil Guy (Blackguard Big Boggart) is actually one of my favorite NPCs, I've been actively avoiding [spoiler] in order to make sure he gets out of Percy's playthrough alive. I realized we'd missed like 50% of all potential Alexander interactions and just finally looked him up online. FOR A GIGANTIC SENTIENT JAR HE'S VERY ILLUSIVE!!!!Anyway I had to kill another dragon in order to hang out with Alexander for a bit, but also Fire Wyrms are more like big bipedal lizards with swords than dragons so...????

this was probably the hardest/my least favorite fight of the game so far!!! I didn't care for it!!!!!!!!!!!!! A bunch of our friends were like, "oh this was so much fun, I really enjoyed that one"! I am not good at video games!!!!anyway we did it!!!🏆

BACK FROM ALA!!!!

WE'VE RETURNED FROM ALA!!! IT WAS GOOD BUT VERY TIRING!!!!I don't know if "4-day convention" is something I have the stamina for anymore?? But if you need to go to a non-fandom trade show and also you're a professional in the publishing/librarian space, ALA (American Library Association Convention) is a really nice show. Also librarians are generally very civic-minded people who believe in rules for social betterment (like masking lol)Anyway I didn't have a lot of down time during the weekend but here's some doodles ...
