Looking for translators and voice actors.

Lately, my Japanese version of the game has had a voice.I would like to add voices to my English version as well. But I don't know where to ask for English voice actors. Also, I would like to have a professional person, not a machine, do the translation from Japanese to English. If anyone knows anything about voice actors and Japanese to English translation, it would be very helpful if you could put the information in a direct message or in the comments of this post!Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
