Update to commission tiers (lil' hell spawn & higher)

I find myself using half of my time chasing everyone's suggestions. So instead of me stressing out and busting my ass trying to get everyone's reward requests, instead I would like you guys to show me your great initiative and message me via discord/Patreon or my email. Hey guys,After sending off an appeal I received a very blanket robotic response which essentially said 'you're suspended forever because we say so'.I've sent another appeal, and plan to keep sending them until someone hears me outReally depressed about what is an honest mistake which was made out of ignorance not malice.
