Coloured in 2 layers - base orange, stripes on a layer on top. makes working around the stripes super easyStep 1- make sketch. Step 2- draw the tiger hyena skfkfgTips and tricks - made the furthermost limbs/the stuff that doesn't need to be in focus have the same line colour as the colouring. Keeps viewer focus on the main body. It's a good trick when you can't use a blur tool or something. Changing tongue colour to orange to keep it all in the same colour paletteBig

Update finished the birds! The file is for clip paint studio but I can also make one for photoshop if requested. cps is a ton of fun to draw with, i'm loving the brush making feature. Forever ago I made an open species and I completely forgot- in the interest of cheaper, cutesier designs, from time to time I'll be making designs for this species. These would be different from the Hatchery in that anyone can purchase any number and there's no mystery aspect to. It would also be whenever I have ideas for designs.These are open species so anyone is welcome to make one of their own.These are older designs, just here as examples

The steps breakdown:Sketch! I have to admit to not really changing much when I have a sketch .. anyway, adding circles where limbs go is a neat little trick to remembering limb width and where they attachRescaled because the larger size felt too big. Overlap is something to consider- the tail isn't flat on the ground, it overlaps the butt. The head overlaps the shoulder at a different rotation to the foot overlapping the side.
