UPDATE ON NEXT BUILD - 8-10-24
Hi Everyone!Game retooling has been successful. While this is still Unity and not Ren'py, the new build works with something called Naninovel. It's made it a hell of a lot easier to make text and text UI look clean.We now have saving, settings, and even a start menu - though all of those will be worked on in the future in more detail.I've successfully transitioned the current public build into this format (Pacifica's scenes) and am now working on getting Wendy and Mabel properly set up. Hi all! Just giving a status update for all you nerds. I'm shifting from the original build with the camera mechanic and I've been transitioning to naninovel. The reworking process is going smooth. I was afraid I would have to scrap things but luckily for me, my time with my attempt at the camera mechanic is making it a lot easier to remake the game, which is also the more easier given how early in our development we are.Right now, the build with Naninovel has a title screen, a menu, and even in built saving.I still have about a month t...
