"Modern Era" Timeline, Part 2
This one will probably get edited a bit as stories add to it as time goes on.
"Modern Era" Timeline, Part 1
Someone asked if I had a timeline for when everything in my stories happened. I had tried making one before, but I didn't like how it was turning out. So, here's the beginning of a new attempt.June 26, 2016 is the day my first comic officially went on sale, so that's the start of what you could call my "Modern Era" stories. What it made me realize is, with the exception of Bruiser, I'm up to about 2018-to-2019 as to when "now" is in most of my stories. Part 2 cover the rest of 2018 to 2020, and then I'll do a...
What Might've Been...
Last one featuring these two for a while. My thought was that before they decided to retire, there was a fight scheduled between the two of them that was at first delayed, then ultimately cancelled. The poster became a minor collector's item.
Monday Roundup, part 2
Since I did one with Daphne, I had to show Bobbi "Boom-Boom" Pileggi being a spokesmodel for 10-count Fitness, a chain of East Coast boxing gyms she co-owns.
Monday Morning Roundup!
I think I almost have this "Real Housewives" idea fleshed out to where I can put it on the shelf and come back to it once I have an opening on the schedule. Daphne "Red Dragon" Regan's married to the owner and CEO of DuraFoxy Boxing Gear, and is essentially now the face of the company modeling the gear in their catalogs and online. Cynthia is a supporting character, a more-traditional "rich housewife who takes up boxing as a hobby" role. The rooftop scene I may save for this story or use somewhere else, though I'...
Saturday sketches...
Still playing around with the "Real Housewives" idea. I like inverting the "Trophy wives that take up boxing" trope into up-and-coming boxers that became trophy wives. Their lives both followed the same track: In their mid-20s they both got title shots at Mariana Bautista when she was just starting her title reign and got destroyed. Since they didn't see another chance at the title coming anytime soon they decided to retire, ending up married to older men looking for arm-candy. They're in their early-to-mid-30s now, the ...

This will be a quick story, just 16 pages, and will wrap up next month. There will also be a "hand-drawn" version published to the $20 tier, where the art will look like this:When it's completed, both the regular and hand-drawn versions will be available on my lulu store.
Haircut test
Playing around with a concept from an old J.M. Rolen comic where the fighters got some of their hair cut off after each knockdown. It's one of those ideas that's easy to draw on paper but a lot more technically challenging to do in renders. But, that's what makes it fun for me.
FYI: Back to normal for October
Just a reminder that my "vacation" is ending, and posting will be back to normal starting tomorrow. So, all current patrons will be charged tomorrow on the first as usual.
Ring Queens manga experiment
Paying around for a sec.

Butt Test
Testing a new product that allows for better collisions between the butt and other objects.
Big Fish in Small Ponds: Sneak Peek
I'm trying to use my "vacation" to stockpile some pages and lessen my monthly workload a bit for the rest of the year. I wanted to experiment with a hand-drawn look without committing to a big project for it, and using a nine-panel grid structure to condense the story down to keep it from getting too long. This should only run about sixteen pages or so, and run for a couple of months on one of the lower tiers. There'll be both a regular and "hand-drawn" version of each page to download.
Evolution of a Location
I've had this low-income housing location for a while, and I thought it'd be a good setting for kind of a rougher setup.
Superhero/western Round Up (Warning: Safe for work)
Remixing a lot of different techniques with different ideas in my head, seeing how they look on paper.
