Hey guys, sad to say I fucked around and buldged a disc in my lower back again yesterday on barbell squats š„² I shouldnāt have done leg day right after all of that traveling..Thought Iād be fine after a lot of movement today but this one aināt gone be quick, quicker than the last time I did it but I feel as if I should be fine to sit for a good period of time easier on Wednesday.
