I know that a lot of people have changed how they use my maps sense the time I started creating content. When I started there were very few options for using animated maps. Because of that I made my content to be usable just on any video player with the most common set-up at the time, TVs. Because a lot of my time goes into making every grid version I do, I'm curious how many of you are still using software to play animated maps that don't have built in grid options. Man oh man was this pack a tricky one. I've been wanting to do a town or part of a city for years now. To say this is one of many iterations of the idea would be a huge understatement. Even now after so many versions I don't feel like a captured what I had my mind. I worked for 2 days trying to make a drow themed version of it and it just kept looking like holloween decorated no matter what I did. Soooo I scraped it. November Sneak Peak
Just wanted to share some screenshots of some of the the things I have been working on. I'm not sure if these will be in this months pack yet because I'm working on two other themes also that just aren't at a state to share with you all yet. Keep in mind these are work in progress and could/most likely look very different in final release form.I'm 90% sure there will be a "Underdark" version of the city below.Going to try to make updates like these a more normal thing from now. Should I change my content?
I'm just curious if a larger portion of you would like for me to change the content I release. As of now I either make 2-3 more complicated maps that are very closely themed. Or a larger pack of 5-7 maps of more simple repetitive theme that go together. I occasionally include some variations on that theme, but not for every map for that pack.So the question is would you rather me have less maps per pack but include multiple theme changes within those maps? I see a lot of content creators do it this way. Just a bunch on miner changes. So ex ...

Ash and smoke are heavy in the air. Embers float through the wind like fiery fireflies on a summer evening. Heat is so suffocating and unbearable its a wonder any thing can survive in a place like this. Sneak, attack or... defend? I've really wanted to make a castle map sense before I started making maps. Defending walls against an attack or being the one that has to plan your way into a fortified location either by just brute force or clever sneaking.
