Edea Lee [Suggestion Box]

Been a while since diving into the suggestion box requests, but when someone requests something that I also desperately want to draw it's hard to pass up! 🙏Akihiko Yoshida has this really unique style to his artworks that I've always admired, but never really studied. One of the first hurdles is how to stylize the character designs to something that fits my sensibilities and own way of drawing. I decided to adopt some of the key features like soft eyes and very textured lineart with some of the hatching. I've included some sketch...

Commissioned Works!

Finished the Toushin Toshi, Hana x Arthur, and the Panette Amber pieces ✌I'll be sending out the next batch of sketches soon!

Commissioned Works!

Here's the update on my commission queue! I've finished the modern AU Sacred Stones piece as well as the Lysithea x Claude Comic, finished with lines and flats for the Arthur x Hana piece and am currently doing the lines for the Toushin Toshi piece 🙏

Some additional works

More stuff that I worked on to get back into the hang of things. I don't actually often render things as much as this anymore. I've discovered that I really dislike working grayscale to color, as well as many other blending modes that give me less control over the color choices and overall balance. I'll likely finish this ponytail Lucina in my freetime as well 👍

New Year Illustrations!

Happy New year!! I wanted to really kick off this year with my best foot forward by spending more time to render the piece. I guess when you self impose pressure on yourself to do well it means that you can second guess too, so I started three different pieces in the hope that one of them would be satisfactory 😅I ended up finishing the Panette one! I still have more ideas for the news years kimono composition, but they'll have to wait. The other two are a Byleth piece (also new years Kimono) that reflects back on the first series of draw...

More FE sketches [Lyn + Mercedes]

Couple more of these as I work on commissions! Wanted to do Marianne for sure and did some slight edits to the Marianne portrait sketch on the other sketch post

Some FE character Sketches

Few more sketchbook pages involving characters I don't draw enough! 😅Edit: changed Marianne portrait slightly

Mitsuru Original Files

I feel like it's been a while since I've shared any of the original files for my works so here's the original files for the recent Mitsuru illustration! The format is in CLIP but I'd be happy to post a PSD as well if requested. Please feel free to use the full resolution version and transparency for whatever you'd like 👍😊

Mitsuru [Suggestion Box Illustration]

Decided to try my hand at drawing the Persona characters! Starting with Mitsuru in her P4 Arena outfit--I went with something a little different and decided to stretch my dynamic figure drawing muscles. I've included a 16x9 and a 9x16 graphic version as well, thank you for the support and your suggestions!! Persona has such a unique and vibrant style that I feel the need to do it justice when drawing the characters [On an unrelated note I read the Claymore manga recently and it's excellent!! my god the draftsmanship is very inspiring ...

Hinoka Sketch Sheet Commission

Here's the finished version of the Hinoka Sketch sheet! I've included the couple others that I've done as well which include Byleth and Nowi

Commission WIPs

Here are the sketches for the commissions that I'm currently working on! The first is a sketch page featuring Hinoka from Fates! I always enjoy doing these due to the artistic liberty involved. We also have a shot of Toushin Toshi Girls Gift angels, a Modern AU Sacred stones group shot, Panette x Amber, and an Arthur x Hana piece!

Commissioned Works [Alt versions]

Here's the alt versions!

Commissioned Work!

Here's the finished versions of the last couple commission sketches! This time it's a three character piece with Ashe, Dorothea, and Petra, as well as a Camilla x Corrin piece!

Jinx! [Full-resolution +alt version]

Been back for a few days and decided to watch Arcane season 2 as I battle my jetlag! Was visiting family overseas but have been working on a few commissions and some personal doodles since I've been back--expect a commission post soon 🙏 (I like to post many of them at once instead of one at a time)Couldn't quite decide on the background for this one so I've decided to put both of them here. Happy to be back and ready to draw up a storm with renewed vigor!

Bottomless Collection

Wanted to put a lot of my best bottomless works in one place! These works span from when I first started posting online to very recently! Similar to my previous Lucina collection they're from various stages of my artistic development, but I like how they turned out ✌

Zelda Strip Game part 4

Here's the final part of the 4 part strip game series I did! I've attached an unused draft that made it all the way to lines and flats before I decided I didn't like it as much 😅

Zelda Strip Game part 3! [Full Resolution + Textless]

Secret Stone? Demon King?? 🥱🤔

A Few More Sketchbook Pages + Current Commission Sketches

Yet a few more pages from my sketchbook! I couldn't help but try to draw a few of the animals in Echoes of Wisdom! The current commissions I'm working on are a Corrin + Camilla piece, as well as a very involved three character piece with Petra, Dorothea, and Ashe

Just about Every Lucina drawing I've done (Almost)

Wanted to do a quick jaunt down memory lane by revisiting every Lucina drawing I've done since starting to post my art online a few years ago! Some of these were commissioned works, some of them were done in my free time--all done at different points in my own ability and to varying degrees of success. Outside of just sketches, most of the Lucina's that I've drawn are here (outside of a few particularly bad ones that I feel could even use a redraw 😅)As one of my all time favorite FE characters I hope to keep drawing her many more...

Zelda Strip Game [Full-Resolution]

Here are the first two illustrations I've done for the Zelda strip game to celebrate the release of Echoes of Wisdom! I've noticed reach has been down on the Twitter recently--probably from banning all of Brazil and losing traffic over time--so I'd like to set the goals a bit lower than normal. As always I'll be posting them here regardless so expect a part three soon!

A very Eclectic bunch of Sketchbook drawings

Been trying out some new brushes. My head is all over the place so here's a bunch of sketches in various degrees of rendering and cleanliness! There's some light and some heavy doodles in here as well 😅

Commissioned Works

A few more completed commissioned works as well as some more sketches for an ongoing commission that's still very wip 👍

Bernadetta Sitting

Here's the completed Bernadetta sketch from a while ago, trying out some old rendering techniques that I haven't used in a while 😅

Pixie Cut Zelda (Slight Edit)

I can't explain what specifically bothers artists about their work sometimes, but I decided to make a slight edit to this one!

Shoujo Lucina Portrait

Fields of Mistria has very Sailor Moon inspired character art and it inspired me to take a crack at the style 😅 Idk if I'll do much more work like this but I wanted to share it with you all

Commissioned Work!

Here's the commissions that I've recently completed as well as the sketches for a few that I'm currently working on! This time it's Bernadetta in a hoodie, two OC commissions, and the completed Janaff pieceThe sketches this time are of Prof. Byleth on a desk, and Clarisse at the beach 👍
