Art Block and Ideas

Hello, sorry for the inactivity but I am currently in an art block in both pose/scenes and character ideas. Is there any ways to overcome this? Also, please do suggest some characters and scenes because most of my ideas are just repeats of what I did in the past and wanted something fresh on the table.
