re:Dreamer Alpha 0.10.6
Click here for the download links.Sorry for the day-long delay! I got bogged down with real life and behind-the-scenes art stuff.re:Dreamer (0.10.6) features more of Zach and Keisuke exercising. It's fun writing the small cracks in Zach as they get ever-so-slightly wider over time. New Keisuke writing with more exercising, this time at the campus fitness center with stationary bicycles. Not to dislocate my shoulder patting myself on the back or anything, but I quite like the writing here and thought I did a few clever things with it. Espeon...
Slight 0.10.6 Delay
Hey all, CaptainCaption here.My grandma visited this week and ate up my schedule far more than I expected, and I got bogged down with doing art design documents and artist management to the point that I didn't have as much time to work on the update as I thought I would. This means I'm going to need one more day to polish 0.10.6 to its full potential.Until then, I've released 0.10.4 to the public and 0.10.5 to the Backer-tier patrons.
Friday Update #29: Share Wear
Hey folks, CaptainCaption here. This week's Friday Update covers clothing; specifically, the sources of Zoey's various outfits currently in-game, the outfits we'll commissioning from her in the immediate future, and the results of a recent poll to decide what outfit we'll be commissioning from an artist on Skeb for her to wear, partly to prototype it to see if it'd look good enough on Zoey to commission as a full sprite outfit, and partly just because we can. Also, given the rate of art output from our primary artists, we'...
re:Dreamer Version 0.10.5 Review (Link)
https://nigmabox.com/2022/06/03/redreamer-version-0-10-5-review/Natalie of review site/blog Nigma Box just re-re-reviewed re:Dreamer's recent 0.10.5 release (although most of the review is applicable to the public version of 0.10.3).Go ahead and check it out, and while you're at it, check out the rest of her website! She has some good general reviews on a slew of topics, but her general focus has shifted towards TSF/TG/Gender Bender content in the past few years; in particular, she has a long but very insightful read on the entire TSF g...
Zoey Skeb Commission Poll
Check the details if you haven't already. Before you vote for which of these you'd like to see first, here is a reminder: $3 Supporters have their votes weighted normally at 1x. $10 Backers have their votes weighted 4x the normal strength. $20 Sustainers have their votes weighted 10x the normal strength. This poll will be running until Friday, June 3 at 6:00 PM EDT, at which point I'll announce the results publicly in the release post for that week.
What Outfit Will Zoey Be Wearing for a Skeb Commission?
Hey all, CaptainCaption here.Espeon and I were going through the art budget recently and realized we have a lot more in the coffers than we expected, so we've decided to commission a small number of one-off art pieces for the game, partly to prototype outfits, partly because we can.Our first one would be a Skeb commission from machi (ritovoyage), who has expressed explicit interest in being commissioned for commercial work and characters she does not usually draw.I already have the references for the ponytail hairstyle and amount of body to...
Zach and Keisuke Mirror Sex Scene (Finished Versions)
From TiltSHIFT, these are the finished version of the first of the replacement HCGs from him.As you can see, there are a lot of variants for facial expressions, clothing positions, and what Keisuke is doing.
re:Dreamer Alpha 0.10.5
Click here for the download links.Hey folks, sorry for the 8 hours of delay. My cold last week completely floored me for a few days, and I've been crunching like a demon at the keyboard catching up to the goals I set for this release since.re:Dreamer (0.10.5) is a release as simple as the divine Central Texas-style barbecue brisket. No fancy bells or whistles here: just lots of solid writing, with light seasoning, slow-cooked to tender perfection. A sizable new Texas BBQ lunch date scene with Britney! This ended up being a lot longer than I...

re:Dreamer Alpha 0.10.4
Click here for the download links.Sorry for the delay! As detailed in Friday Update #28, Mother's Day festivities made chances to work on the game this update cycle hard to come by, and I got a minor bout of food illness last night that made me lurch over the toilet for a few hours; all of this together meant that the release wasn't polished on time for Friday night.re:Dreamer (0.10.4) finishes the jogging scene with Keisuke and corrects a few things. Finishing the jogging scene with Keisuke. This is one of 3 (technically 4) exercise sc...
Lyra Update
Lyra's back sneed and feed I control the patreon cap wore a skirt in 2007
Zoey Compression Bra and Casual Women's Outfit (Flats + Some Shading)
These are from Myumi (with the base sprite done by TiltSHIFT).Players can either choose this casual outfit or the sweater + jeans outfit to be the casual outfit for Zach throughout the story whenever he's hanging out as a girl. It's based heavily on THE iDOLM@STER Shiny Colors Sakuya Shirase's "Pro Hatchling" card. She was the original base design of Zoey waaaay back in September 2019, and it's a fitting tribute to have this outfit for Zoey. The "hatching" meta-joke in the name is coincidental, but I'm leaning...
0.10.5 Content Focus
Hey guys, CaptainCaption here.0.10.4 isn't out yet, but I'm being a man of my word and holding patron-exclusive polls to swing focus between routes every third or so update. Lemme break the options:BritneyBritney's writing, if chosen, will focus on the aftermath of their arcade date and getting lunch at a Texas barbecue restaurant. There will be a frank discussion about what else Zach is doing to help Britney besides posing as her boyfriend; specifically, Britney will go into detail about the drama within the university's drama ...
Zach and Keisuke Mirror Sex Scene (Flat Colors)
(Check out the final versions here)From TiltSHIFT, these are the flat colors for the first of the replacement HCGs from him.
Zoey Casual Women's Outfit (Sketches)
From Myumi (with the base sprite done by TiltSHIFT), players can either choose this outfit or the sweater + jeans outfit to be the casual outfit for Zach throughout the story.I'm actually more excited for this outfit than any other so far, and that includes the female school uniform...
Zach and Keisuke Mirror Sex Scene (Cleaned Sketches)
From TiltSHIFT, these are the line arts of the first of the replacement HCGs from him.I'm quite impressed with the quality of these. The bit of Keisuke's torso that's showing looks a bit off, but male bodies are not TiltSHIFT's area of expertise so it's understandable.
Friday Update #28: Crazy Moms
Hey everyone! As you likely know, Mother's Day is this weekend. This year, I've been very busy over the past week working in my mom's garden and doing tiring landscaping as her Mother's Day gift, and we're going on a home garden tour with my sister on Saturday and have a homemade brunch on Sunday. However, this Friday Update isn't about my mom, or at least, not right now. No, instead, I will first be discussing Zach's mom, an important character whose lack of sprites hasn't stopped her from having an imposing prese...
re:Dreamer Alpha 0.10.3
Click here for the download links.Sorry for the brief delay, everyone! Polishing up the release took a bit longer than I expected.re:Dreamer (0.10.3) is a two-pronged attack with the addition of the final versions of the intro transformation sequence art and the start of the weekend 2 exercising with Keisuke. The Zach to Zoey transformation sequence art is finally complete! With 11 unique bases (and to my knowledge, the first first-person view transformation sequence in a visual novel) and two major variants based on the Horniness stat, it'...

Friday Update #27: Now Paint Her Hair Black
Does the Rolling Stone's "Paint It Black" count as the first emo rock song? Aftermath released a full month before the Beach Boy's Pet Sounds, and that's considered to be the first emo rock album.Hey everyone, CaptainCaption here with another Friday Update. On April 6th, I published the patron-exclusive poll "What Will Be the First Upcoming Redone CG/HCG(s) From TiltSHIFT?" which wrapped up last night.TiltSHIFT finally finished all of the CGs for the Zach to Zoey transformation sequence last night, and he has said he&...

re:Dreamer Alpha 0.10.2
Click here for the download links.re:Dreamer (0.10.2) picks up the Keisuke content right where it left off. New writing of Zach presenting a plagiarized project from his mom in the Freshman Engineering seminar. The preceding computer lab scene has been edited for better expressions and wording, and Zach's mom's plagiarized project has changed from a boring art museum to a cool space rocket. There is an option to pay attention to the lengthy PSYC 100 lecture (Day 4 Keisuke after lunch) on the differences between men and women when it com...
Friday Update #26: In The Clear
As a note, the filename of this image is CaptainCaption is Trans LOL.png. I'm attaching it to this post so you can see how much of a wizard I am with the lasso tool in Photoshop. What's good, folks? Today's Friday Update covers literal and figurative meanings of the phrase "in the clear."So with the timely 0.10.1 release, I think it's safe to say that re:Dreamer's update schedule is back on track. Again, while the arcade date in 0.10.0 having playable minigames was certainly neat, it was way too much work for the rela...
What Will Be the First Upcoming Redone CG/HCG(s) From TiltSHIFT?
As a word of warning, this Patron-only post will have several NSFW images.Hey folks! CaptainCaption here. It's been over a year since TiltSHIFT began work on the Zach to Zoey transformation HCGs, but at long last, he is projected to finally finish them this month sometime between the 15th and 20th. Once he's done, we are plan to have him redraw the placeholders CG/HCGs within the game. It’s hardly the most exciting art-related news for the game that borrowed placeholder art is being replaced by properly commissioned art we have the righ...
An Update on the Tiers
Don't worry, the pricesaren't increasing (also, I thought I had published this on March 30th...)Starting with 0.10.1 (so April 1st, 2022), Backer patrons will get a separate password with each release that gives them access on-the-fly C.H.E.A.T.S. adjustments and the full story jump menu to zip to content faster. Sustainers will still have saving Zoey's customized appearance in the sprite editor for in-game use and the developer commentary exclusive to their tier.

re:Dreamer Alpha 0.10.1
Click here for the download links.Hey all, re:Dreamer (0.10.1) is releasing right on time. No, it's not an April Fool's joke either!Story Edits A lot of edits to the writing and sprite expressions in Keisuke's route, particularly the second half of the Day 1 Ryouichi appearances, the Day 2 mall scene (after the lunch), Day 3's morning, and Day 3's party. Lyra, resident re:Dreamer server goblin, has graciously gone through the script and given me more typos to fix. Thanks a ton! :^)Art Things You Can See Zoey has a stunning n...
Friday Update #25: The Pen Moonlights as a Paintbrush
Nancy's new writer slaps, and like me, she's a female author. To clarify, this is a joke. Despite suspicious evidence to the contrary, I am he/him, but I've been told by someone several times that she reads everything I write in More Calliope's buttery-smooth contralto (the adjectival additions are mine). Given that Zoey's vocal SFX were shifted in pitch to match Mori's deep tone, the coincidental comments seem funny enough to mention.Hey folks. Spring is here, the 0.10.0 release finally happened, and much like the birds ...
