Year of the Toon - Summer: Peg Pete (Goof Troop)
An Ink & Paint commish from Koleyl. Thanks again!
Year of the Toon - Summer: Nidalee (LoL)
I really like how this one turned out. She doesn't have her bangs, but I wanted to keep her hair out of her eyes, giving a good look at her eyes/expression. Thanks to KiroXIII for this commission!
Year of the Toon - Summer: Erza Scarlet (Fairytail Super)
Fbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbttttt!(Thanks Daxan123)
Year of the Toon - Summer: Caulifla (DB Super)
A spiky haired Saiyan lass from Dragon Ball Super. I'm pretty sure that quote is not how the scene went down, but that Caulifla wasn't a toon in need of funny comeuppance. Thanks Animelover22 for this commish!
Year of the Toon - Summer: Cap'n America & Nebula
Thanks to Ken for this commission!
Commission: Three Harpies
MJ, Spidergwen, and Arachne: the three spidery ladies that Phoinix102 asked me, over a hear ago, to draw for him (in the InfinityWarp style). A year later, he asked me to color the piece. I couldn't say no, and though it's taken a while, the piece is finished. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.
Year of the Toon - Summer: Juri Han (Street Fighter)
Juri thought some fun-in-the-sun included being a puffed-up bully; DaemonKing enlisted Silk to teach Juri a toony lesson about how to really have fun on the beach.
Sashae and the Buxom Buccaneer: Page 9
The Penultimate page! Only one to go!
Light week
Light week, folks -- comic page comin', though.
OC Toonification: Jay's Captain Amethyst
This month's random OC selection goes to Jay.Jay's got an amazing product called Better Backstories, and was a great supporter of mine, well before I found out about it. If you're a roleplayer or writer, it such a great resource. Jay is also an outstanding cosplayer (and is actually working on an awesome Silk cosplay, which is still blowing my mind.) Go follow Jay; thanks for your support!
Year of the Toon - Summer: Third Round
Here are the names for Round 3 of the summer promotion. I will be sending out cost breakdowns at some point in the next few days to these folk. Thanks again to everyone who submitted. I think I may even do one more round after this, they're so fun. Please consider submitting an idea if you haven't already! Animelover22 Daxen123 KiroXIII Koleyl szorcsi
Fan Art: Jessie Star Toonified
Just some fan art for a friend. That's all. :)
Sashae Bonus Pinup #4: Mega-Mermaid
The fourth Morphean Exclusive sneak-peek Sashae BE Pinup image: Mega-Mermaid.
Year of the Toon - Summer: Lady Death
Taxes... Max Tits... I know, a sloppy rhyme. Thanks Drew Bittner for this ink & paint commish.
Year of the Toon - Summer: Jill Valentine (Res. Evil)
Any time my roommate was playing Resident Evil (back in the old days) whenever a cinematic occured that moved the plot forward, he would check every door in the mansion, just to be sure it didn't magically unlock. Anyway, I'd like to think Jill was smart enough to try this special mix of d-virus (d for dolly) in a typewriter room, but the toon version seems to have impulse control. Thanks for the commish SparkleBun!
5 More Commission Picks!
I'm going to be choosing 5 more people this week for commissions (choosing Saturday, June 12) !Please send me a message here or on Discord if you would like your choice to be removed from consideration, and I will not consider your submissions .If you have submitted more than once, I may still choose your other ideas, so please let me know immediately (of course, you always can decline when emailed, but this will help muy selection process up front.)And, if you haven' t submitted an idea and would like to, follow this link to the commis...
Year of the Toon - Summer: Lucifer (Helltaker)
Welcome back, guys! Melkorios from DA commissioned this little Ink and Paint minx from Helltaker. If she can change blood to vinegar, Im sure she can change herself back. And, just so you know, I've been posting these pics early on my Discord. Not that I'll always do that, but it's a bit of fun the community shares there. Maybe go check it out!
Silhouette's Beach Bottom Blunder
Silhouette wants some help from you... those waves can be so strong.
Sashae and the Buxom Buccaneer: Page 8
Nyyyyoh boy.
Up and Running!
UGH.UGGGGGGH!I have got my gear set, and just got over a HUUUUGE case of artist's block and I am ready to really, really get back into it. And would you look at that? A fuggin' 3-day weekend (in the US). Content and smut art ahoy!Sashae will wrap up with two pages, so help me, even if they need to be a little super sized to do so! It's going to end so goofily and stupid that I really hope you laugh. Thanks for sticking with me.And with that, I also have two pinups left for March and April: The big mermaid lady (which is already sket...
Up and running in a few days
I have the computer coming Monday. Hopefully. I should begin my work on Sashae sometime around then to get another page out for next week. Knock wood. Then I'll be finishing up the BE pinups and starting in on the toon commissions.Whoooof. This has been a tumultuous couple weeks.
Good news and bad news.
The bad news: I'm down for the week. The good news: If my computer can be fixed / diagnosed, I should know before the week is over. Maybe even today. The most likely bad news: I will need a new computer because solid state drives, when they fail, are pretty much welded to the internal architecture of Macbooks.So... I would ask you all to please hang with me and be patient. I'm already trying to get ahead on sketches offline (I still have my scanner and several pieces of paper) so I'll be in a somewhat okay position to produce some wor...
Woes continue.
I lost all of yesterday's work. I still have the OC pic I did, but my backup failed and I can't get a stable work environment. Need to strip down to the bare bones, and format. Prolly no news until Monday or Tuesday gang.
OC Toonification: Mr. DNA's Rosemary Morgan
If you're not reading Underburbs or following Mr. DNA on DeviantArt or on Patreon, I don't know what to tell you.Do you like my Infinity Warp series? Thank him, I totally stole the idea from Angela's Magic Lesson,His TF mini comics are the reason I decided that TF art was awesome. AND, he's an all-around funny and great guy and friend. Can't tell you how happy I was that Morgan came up in the spin this month. Couldn't help it. Needed two versions. And it was just the piece(s) I needed to pull me out of my moody funk.Than...
Computer woes (oh noez!)
Update: going to be down for a few days... assume all my updates will be pushed a week. Hopefully I'll be up and running by the weekend.******So, my computer has been acting weird. Certain processes caused it to hard crash and reboot. Not good.I decided to try restoring the drive to the state it was in a month ago. I have backups of the data, so other than it being a pain in the butt to go get old files, I haven't -lost- anything, really. But I'm still concerned about stability.Regardless of my success or failure, it's setting m...
Year of the Toon - Summer: Nessa (Pokémon)
Silk could have sworn Nessa asked to be filled with water. Oh... her BENCH filled with water Pokémon... sorry, sorry, sorry....Thanks to Captain Rocko for this commission submission!
This week!
The last initial commish will post tomorrow, then I'll be quiet until the weekend (comic page and spring cleaning). See you all at week's end!
Year of the Toon - Summer: Alice Margatroid (Touhou)
I have done a tone of pictures of Alice Margatroid for Zeeich. We always seem to find a new twist on her. Normally, just a little magic from the Inflatanomicon is enough to get this ball rolling. Not the cartoon version, though. :)
Year of the Toon - Summer: Second Round
This was a hard one. I actually chose 6 name, partly because I have some Pen & Ink selections (so those will go faster) and partly because I couldn't choose! I thought it would be easier this time around, but it was not; you guys had some great characters suggested. If your name isn't on the list, don't worry; there's still a possibility of being chosen for the next round. I believe I will do at least 1 more round of commissions, probably choosing toward the end of the month (depending on my workload; as of writing this I have a ...
Year of the Toon - Summer: Charlie Magne (Hazbin Hotel)
I just saw the pilot for this cartoon on YouTube just the other day. How did it go under my Radar? Thanks to Flamecano for sponsoring Charlie. She was a lot of fun.
