Tiny changelog
A few very minor details I still wanna document since I have a dedicated changelog tag: reworded my page description and changed the $200 goal from "additional monthly nsfw fanart" to "sfw or nsfw, decided by the community poll".Also I'm watching closely if my new "base subscription" tier system's any good.
