Heyo. Sorry for the delay. there was quite severe thunderstorm in my town that fucked up the electricity line in my and a few other areas of the town and it took them more than 2 days to fix it all, so... yeah, at least I took a break I guess :D

Renting 101, Part 11 (a)
This part was getting a bit too big (about 40 slides, maybe even more) and I'm too tired to finish it today, so I decided to split it into two. I'll try to finish it tomorrow or the day after tomorrow tops and post the "b" part as soon as possible. The second part of this... part is about what happened the next day after the events of this part, so splitting it won't hurt the story ;)
