[wip] Guinea pig day

[ Drawing ] Guinea pig / [ wallpaper ] Guinea pig dayTo be honest, I thought they would be easy to draw, but when I sketched them, they were hard to draw! I even pondered for a moment whether to move on to the next animal without drawing them. But lately, when I decided to draw something, I rarely stopped halfway, and I was able to finish it because there were patreons who wanted to see guinea pigs. thank you! It always seems like a challenge to draw a new animal that I haven't drawn before. Looking back, there were a lot of times when I dr...

[ Drawing ] Guinea pig

I drew a capybara a while ago, and I thought it would be nice to draw a guinea pig, an animal related to them. For example, the number of toes.. they have similarities.Guinea pigs are raised as pets, so there are several breeds.I've drawn the breeds of fish and birds a few times, it seems that people like rodents too with long fur.I love their jellybean-looking bodies. And just like capybaras, their face give me a cute-funny feel.Thank you!

[wip] Salmon day

[ study ] salmon / [ wallpaper ] Salmon daySome of you may remember. I drew salmon 5 years ago in 2018!Related post : Baby salmon / Salmon WIP gif (JAN05)Oh... Looking back now, I don't know why I drew that dorsal fin so long and large. Maybe at that time, I drew it the way I wanted to draw it~By the time I painted this picture, I was so focused on being prolific that I didn't seem to be able to spend enough research time on a single picture as I do now. In a sense, I like my old drawings too, but comparing the past one with the same th...

[ study ] salmon

I suddenly I wanted to draw some fish as always. When I'm debating whether to be a marine or freshwater fish... here's the perfect creature. salmon!Salmon is a fish that many people are familiar as a food. In my case, I never eat fish, but often meet them in the game. (Yeap, Splatoon!)Salmon change their appearance throughout their lifetime. It is so beautiful and mysterious.. The cute patterns they had as babies (called parr marks) disappear, and in the sea, silvery blue fish return to fresh water and turn pink.Personally, I love parr ...

[wip] Capybath time

Related post : [ drawings ] Capybara / [ wallpaper ] Capybath timeAt first, I was going to draw it with grass and flowers, but while I was drawing, I watched a lot of videos of capybara taking a yuzu bath, so I changed it to a capybara enjoying a hot spring.Where I originally wanted to draw grass and flowers, I floated yuja/yuzu(citron fruits) instead.Since they don't live in cold regions, I wondered if they actually enjoyed the hot springs, but there was actually a study that says that when they go in the hot springs, their expression beco...

[ drawings ] Capybara

There have been many requests for rodents in the meantime, so I would like to draw them this time.I like the way they look relaxed or indifferent.Drew them while thinking about how to best describe their expressions. Hm~ I don't think the big dot-shaped eyes I usually draw would go well with them...If I draw big, bright eyes, it's cute, but it seems to have less of a capybara feel.Capybaras are also famous for living in groups. I'm thinking of an image of a herd of capybaras taking a leisurely break 😌A simple color thumbnail. Cap...

[ animal drawing ] Land slug

Since I drew a lot of sea slugs, but I almost never drew a land slug, so I sketched this time. (Drew a banana slug once before.)It was surprised to see the size of the slug on the palm of some people's hand while researching the data. I met only small slugs about the size of a thumb nail in my life 😂 I'd like to touch a big slug once.Did you know there is a semi-slug? They have a shell, but the shell is so small that they can't put a body in them. Sometimes there is a shell in the mantle.Sea slugs and snails are a favorite of man...

*Since some GIFs included in the post may not be visible on the patreon iphone app, it is recommended to view it on a PC in this case.I make a moving gif based on axolotl I drew a while ago.It would be nice to have at least one animated axolotl gif, and as axolotl got the most votes in a poll a while ago, this might be the wallpaper in the next icon pack.1. [wip] Happy axolotl

Related post : [ wallpaper ] Happy axolotlAbout character design is written in this post : [ animal drawing ] AxolotlI changed the shape of the mouth to be more character-like.Personally, I also like the shape of the mouth I drew for the first time.I like the way they have their mouths wide open, so I wanted to put an emphasis on that.Their tails are actually closer to the left because they are thin, but I intentionally made them flat. Three-dimensional gives realism, but at the same time can be less simplistic. The axolotl I drew was referenced...

[ wip ] Bunny day

I mainly draw a lot of see bunny (sea slug/nudibranch), and recently drew a rabbit snail. Sometimes I drew a rabbit in fan art (Animal Crossing/ Sailor Moon). A few days ago, it was World Rabbit Day (fourth Saturday of September) I checked to draw a rabbit on this day since before... but I was a little greedy and drew more rabbits than I planned. That's why I couldn't update last Saturday.😂Bunnies were one of my favorite animals when I was a kid. My mom bought me a bunny plush when i was young. And it was my favorite toy. Come to thi...
