[wip] Baby fish

[idea sketch] Fruit bats and IchthyoplanktonIt seems Ichthyoplankton defines fish eggs and fish that cannot swim. So I changed the title to Baby fish.I've been debating whether to draw them on a dark background or a light background.During the coloring process, I suddenly wanted to emphasize their transparency. So I tried to change it to a dark background once in the middle, but in the end I decided to use a light background again as I had originally thought.Perhaps these will be more colorful on a dark background, but I wanted to emphasize...

[summary] August 2021

1. I am preparing a sticker pack of Crabby crab Ver.2I will post a WIP post soon... :)The new sticker pack after Crabby crab is thinking about Shy shrimp 3 or shark, but it could be something entirely new. I keep want to make a sequel to my character, but also there are so many cool animals that I haven't make to GIF yet.Anyway, I'm working on crabby crab right now.I think it took me about half year to sort out the idea.🥴If you search for 'pikaole' or 'pikaole + keyword' in the GIF section of social media, you can use...

[idea sketch] Fruit bats and Ichthyoplankton

There are many beautiful looking baby marine fish.Related article : I like the pictures of the scuba diver and the fish together in this article. You can see how small and cute they are.More than half of them will look completely different when they reach adulthood. When I get this done, I'll try to make it as simple as possible. They look very colorful and intricate, and I love that details but if I emphasize that detail too much, they won't look like a baby.Hm.. It would be fun to make all crying face. Then it might look more like a ba...

[wip/wallpaper] Dreaming nautilus

This time, I changed the set color palette in the middle. At first, I set the color of this picture to be a dreamy feeling of pink and blue, it was nautilus above the clouds. The reason for the change is .....I watched a YouTube broadcast of the Perseus meteor shower.Looking at the stars in the night sky, I wanted to change the color tone of this picture.I thought of the pouring night sky, the waves, and the sea where the waves were mixed.Left are fuzzy nautilusMobile & desktop wallpapersIf you have any problem to download, please let me know!---...

[wip] Tomato frog

[idea sketch] Corals and PlanktivoreI finished this tomato frog which is from the idea sketch from a month ago :DThe point of this picture is that the frog should look like a tomato but also stand out most among the tomatoes. With that in mind, if you look at the WIP gif you will see it.1. The tomato background in contact with the frog's border is green.2. The tomato stem is facing the frog.I used red and green color both tomato and frog, but the frog's color is darker and more vivid than the tomato.Thank you! will upload wallpaper post...

[wip] Shy shrimp and moss

Freshwater shrimp's best friend is freshwater moss. They always love moss. Moss is a good playground and hiding place for shrimp.I drew the moss familiar to people with freshwater tanks with my shrimp character.Crystal red shrimp adult is only 5cm (2inch) and moss leaf are super small and cute. there are over ten thousand types of moss in the world :DIn my case, I have a lot of willow moss. They make my tank look like a jungle. They are my fish's bed.A long time ago there was Riccia too.Riccia is a floating moss. So I had to attach them t...

[wip] Marine mollusk hat / Sea slug cap

I designed the hats I want to see. This year I have a nephew, so I often see children's products. It would be cute for children to wear hats like this.I think someone will ask.... I don't have any plans to actually make it. Items that are bulky and complex manufacturing process.... I hope i can someday but I cannot now 😂 (The good news is that a baseball cap item will appear on Redbubble.)Sea slug cap is my personal favorite, so I added various variations. Some also have slightly different stitches and details. Most of them are nudibran...

[wallpaper/wip] Fluffy sea pancakesSince it is a drawing that follows the sea pancake, I used a line.Line art(coloring page will be updated next week :D)In Korea, DDung-caron (means 'fat macaron') is kind of the trend. The cream is very thick and comes in a variety of shapes.I've never tried it, but I love looking at dessert photos🤤For those of you wondering what it is...If you want to see the photos, here is the Instagram hashtag link.Another idea sketch.Sea omurice..It may not be completed and move on to another artwork.--------...

[wallpaper/wip] Fluffy sea pancakes

Whenever I draw ray, I receive comment with the word sea pancake a lot.I think that name is very cute. (sea flap flap too)So I tried to draw real ray shape pancakes a doodle. It's important that they're not real fish, they're fish-shaped bread. So I wanted to draw the next picture. To me, pancakes are more like cafe food than eating at home. There are some Japanese-style soufflé pancake cafes in the town i live in.Prices vary depending on the toppings, ranging from $12 to $16.Quite expensive, but really tasty.I haven't been since l...
