Working on the map and stuff

I'm playing around with the idea of districts and buildings. Like, there are multiple buildings in a district and if you move from one to the other in that same district, you don't get travel encounters. But, if you move from district to district, you do.Also, buildings could be randomized inside of a district. The 'Lab' district can have test chambers, or a power generator, etc. I wanted to leave some vacant slots in the district so more buildings can be added in the game through player choice.This is what I've come up with...
