WIP Bonus

A little extra something for the Legion. Last weekend I made some templates for comic pages, and I wanted to try it out. So I did a little work on a project I’m hoping to be able to focus on later this year—another long unfinished one that I still get asked about. The pinup is one I did to tease it back in November, but I don’t think it ever got posted. Anybody recognize it?

Legion Early Look—weekend pinup—Miss Ross

Was pretty pleased with this one, simple as it is, so while it’s perfectly suited for a weekend pinup, I thought I’d let you Legionnaires get a look a couple of days early. This dress popped up in the current run of the Incredible Hulk, and seems to be inspired by the one Betty is wearing when she meets the Hulk for the first time way back in Incredible Hulk volume I #1. I like, it’s springy, and I wanted to do a colored pencil style digital drawing again—it’s been awhile,. So here you are!

Well, this week certainly has gone better after the last two! Lots of progress!
