Decisions, can anyone help me?

My computer is not really up to the task anymore and I am desperately in need of a replacement. With your kind pledges I am hoping to do that, but I need to make sure its the right equipment.From your brilliant feedback (thank you) to date I have realised that I need 32gb RAM, a multicore i7 or better, decent graphics. I think these two are my choices. I am leaning towards apple for it being carefree, but its over budget. Could I tailor it to be cheaper?And is there a way to remove the touchscreen option on the HP?

Funding Goal (continued) - an update

Once again, thank you everyone. I wanted to update you about my Patreon goal, which has not changed and remains the same, in that I want to put all that I can into this. The next investment will a computer that can process my audio tracks, more quickly and with better quality. At the moment I am using a borrowed DELL Precision Laptop, which is ok but has a limited sound card. I do have a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (thanks to Lewis for the tip), which has improved the process of transferring the audio to the laptop.I could use some more advice if an...
