I feel like nobody checks in with you guys enough and you deserve it the most. How can I make you smile today and how are you feeling?
I made it through the week-
I wanna apologize for my absence this week especially at a time when my communication with you guys was so consistent. This week hit the one year โ anniversaryโ of the suicide attempt that almost took my life. It was very hard to face that one year later I still fight through suicidal ideation and self harm tendencies. It was hard to except that I havenโt gotten better and it was a very hard week for meโฆ iโm happy to say that I made it through it. Thank you so much do those who stay patient and kind I am back Full swing

Tomorrow I have my first midwife appointment with the midwife who helped deliver my first baby, and then weโre off to register that first baby for school! I must not be the only parent that has more anxiety about their kid going to school than their kid does ๐
