This year has been especially difficult for me in everything. I had to deal with illnesses, difficult choices, financial problems in my family and the loss of a very dear and close person. It was in this year that I learned what real anxiety and panic attacks are, and only a couple of weeks ago I felt calm.We need difficulties in order to overcome them.
