Boss Summoning

I've added boss summoning sequences to the game as part of the progression system overhaul that I'm currently working on.

Weapon Upgrading

I've added Weapon Upgrading to the game. Weapons are upgraded using gems found throughout the world. Each different type of gem gives a unique effect ranging from higher attack speed to setting enemies on fire.

Voxel Simulation Improvements

I've made a bunch of optimizations to the voxel simulations in the game. Thousands of moving voxels can now be simulated with little performance loss. Also you can now become buried in sand.

Custom Prefab Categories

Custom Building Prefabs can now be organized into categories making managing lots of prefabs easier. The categories correspond to folders so you can easily manage your collection.

Building Shape UI Improvements

I've been working on overhauling the Building Shape UI in the game. You now manipulate procedural shapes in the world with gizmos instead of a UI making for a much more enjoyable building experience.

Metalworking

Metalworking is coming to the game. You can now melt down ores and cast metal into various shapes that can be used to craft weapons/tools.

New Interaction System

I've overhauled the interaction system in the game. You now physically interact with objects such as campfires, anvils etc to perform actions instead of using a generic UI system.I have also made some usability improvements to the crafting system to reduce the number of actions needed to craft items.

Horses

Horses are coming to the game. Soon you'll be able to traverse the world with your 4 legged companion 🐴🗺️.

Cave Progress

Making good progress on caves. They can break through to the surface in some pretty cool ways. I especially love when the cave entrance is in a cliffside.

Cave Prototype

Starting work on adding caves to the game. Still a lot of work to do on more assets and more natural asset placement/variation but its a start. Each biome will also have their own unique cave biome.
