True Almond Nails by Joliebean

I can't live without almond shaped nails, it's the shape I wear myself for the past five years. I was surprised not to find anything similar from Maxis in their Spa Day refresh update, the one they called almond is pretty short and more oval than almond. This is what CC for, right? They come in 30 colours, don't overlap with (almost) anything, can be worn with rings and Kijiko's eyelashes. I've encountered overlapping only with one of my tops, so yes, such things can still happen, alas. But it was the only overlapping issue ...

Hey guys, hope you're doing great! I have a lot to unpack for you this month. Tomorrow I will share my very first nails, which almost don't overlap with anything. I've tested them with all maxis content, with all my content and with some cc from other creators I currently have. I got texture overlap only for one of my tops, but in general they work with almost everything, and you can use rings and Kijiko eyelashes with my nails with no problem at all. If I see a positive feedback I might make more nail sets in different shapes, but ...

True Almond Nails

My first ever nails! It's in beta release for now, because I'm looking for some feedback. I've tested it with (almost) all maxis items, my items and so items by other creators. The texture overlap happened only once with one of my old cc, but for the rest items I didn't see any texture glitches, so please if you find any, let me know. Due to TS4 restrictions it's next to impossible to make nails completely separate from the main UV map, so I'm trying to make them working with the most items at least.

I’m so happy to be able to share this set with you guys! I wanted to make something REALLY special for Halloween this year. This pack was inspired by Grimes’ 2021 Met Gala look, especially the dress. I didn’t try to copy it as it is, I wanted it to be wearable for our sims. 💕 It was a crazy ride, the dress took me almost two weeks to finish since I’ve made everything (sans hair) from scratch and put all these little metal details manually.
