Hey guys, I apologize but we've got a rather strong spring storm here, coupled with a UPS that decided now was the best time to stop working. So it's caused a little bit of a delay, but as long as there's no extended power outages, I should have the page up by the weekend. Small page delay
So one of the local trees decided it wanted to karate chop the power lines and we did end up losing power this week. Kudos to the crews that worked in the snowy conditions to fix things and get it back up eventually. With that said, we should be caught up and have the page posted tomorrow. Weather Warning
Just a small heads up! The snow's fallin' pretty heavily and the city seemed really unprepared (I have heard a grand total of one snow plow go by in two days of heavy snow). So as usual, if I don't post a message about a page delay, or the page doesn't appear this week it's because I've lost power.But hopefully that won't happen!I was optimistic at the start, shoveling, only to have it completely covered and filled back up in a few hours. There's something to be said about human mannerisms that seem to just get so deeply ingrained into your brain. Opposable thumbs suddenly seem way more important when you're trying to capture a certain feeling (fist+ thumb out = thumbs up, fist + thumb in = you're about to get decked), which is why I ended up drawing this to help me try and get the pose I wanted.
