Double Take pg 06 preview

While I'm spinning up production on TGTFM volume 4 (which is going to be huge btw) I wanted to get some work done on Double Take as well. Here's a preview of the next page in which our stuntman does stunts and gets noticed.

In this timelapse you can see a few takes on the final poses that just didn't make much sense. Jabba isn't exactly the most acrobatic character, so I had to get creative with some of the poses.

Good thing they got that stunt in one take. Otherwise her broken leg would have set back production by at least two pages.

December 2024 Update

Hello, my lovely patrons! Here we are at the end of the year, and what a year it was. We've seen a thirsty Dragon Queen and a door numbered 3. We've gone to the Memories Mall to have alien superfights and escaped the planet Phalysium with the Outlaws. We've seen TiTina go a round or two with White Iris as well as the the machinations of the ReallaT company. We've read through 41 pages in 3 volumes of The Guide to Forgotten Monsters and taken our own spin on a galaxy far, far away. Thank you for sticking with me through 2024, whe...

Double Take: A Stuntman Story 01-03

The Stuntman Saga returns in a new form!So here's the deal: I don't know exactly how long this comic is going to be and the release schedule is going to be erratic. When I finish pages I'll release them here for you, my lovely patrons, to see first! Eventually I'm going to release this comic as a weekly series to the masses, but you don't have to worry about that. I hope you enjoy this reimagined version of Stuntman Alex and his miss-adventures.

Update to the update

Hello, my lovely patrons. I just wanted to let you know about a change in the comics lineup this month. I am shelving Black Gold for now. I thought I was going to really enjoy working on that comic, but the further I went into it the less I liked it. The muse just isn't cooperating on this one. So that Metro City comic I talked about isn't coming out at the moment. I am sorry about that. I'm a bit embarrassed that I couldn't follow through, but I think it would have been a torturous process for both you and me. But worry not, I ...

November 2024 Update

Hello my lovely patrons! October sure was an exciting month! But now we must put away our ghoulish sides until next year, when the Monster Mash is legal again. But November is here now! Turkey Time! The leaves are changing, and the nights grow longer. I've been banging comics out since the beginning of summer, so November is going to be a bit more chill. Gotta save my strength for TGTFM volume 4 next month, after all.Let's get into the roadmap for November:Cowed is a new script by my collaborative writer Estel. The story follows a Princ...
