Oh heeeyyyy ππ»π€ itβs been a while!!!! Iβve not been in the greatest headspace lately so needed to step back from all my socialsβ¦.I quite literally havenβt had the time π between now managing a gym, still teaching pole, juggling single mum life and now having my whole family including grandkids living with me itβs been quite the challenge to find balance and not lose myself.
I will do my very best to get back to everyoneβs messages over the weekend ππ
