Choice Dregs - Shakespeare at the Grand Guignol

From "Pea Bee and Jay." We talk exercising creativity, initially from the framework of RPGs but then to the importance of doing creative things just for yourself. And we discuss what Billy the Bard works we'd see performed at an infamous shock theater.

Can you believe we've been doing this current run of UCA for 150 episodes now?

Choice Dregs - Aliens and Superpowers

From "The Final Livestream of phanfan47." Exactly what it says on the tin, and then some.

Is this is the beginning of a new pseudo-segment? Maybe. Depends on how how long this liminal spaces trend goes on for.

Choice Dregs - Bloodhounds Revisited

From "Golden Sea." Since we subjected Allen and Abysmii to Bloodhounds Inc., now you get to hear how it nearly killed them.

"The Flying Dutchman"

Track 6 from "Dreadful Journeys - Eerie Earfuls for Halloween." 1988.

We're not kidding when we say Beth's story gets us going on some interesting philosophical and existential tangents near the end. Probably the realest we've been in awhile.

Choice Dregs - Bloodhounds Inc.

From "Prevenge." We are deeply indebted to Neil Cicierega for discovering and then sharing this bizarre 2000s children's adventure/mystery show with Christian values, dubious audio mixing and the fate of Flabber from Big Bad Beetleborgs.

Choice Dregs - Tiers of the Kingdom

From "La Cueva de la Cabra." Allen and David talk about converting Zelda to a TTRPG, and David drops a campaign idea.

This is, as you can imagine, a very silly episode around a very well-written story. Brace yourselves.

Choice Dregs - David Lynch's Flying Circus

From Darkly Undercooked Jaymeson Pie. 4 minutes of mic testing warmup nonsense before we got things rolling.

Surprise! Got a big one for you all this cycle.

Choice Dregs - Howgay?

From the SCP Roundup of 230 and 2614. Most of this is cursed as we go into a Digimon Smash or Pass game.

UCA - SCP Roundup: 230 & 2614

The siren song of the Foundation calls us once again, dear Patrons. This one of two episodes we've recorded during our yearly CH meetup!

Choice Dregs - Losing the Console War

From "Unsplit Bonds." Redfall means it's time to talk about Bethesda again.

The new new dumbest episode, maybe. We do tend to say that a lot. But the story certainly isn;t what makes it so.

"The Haunted Library"

Track 4 from "Dreadful Journeys - Eerie Earfuls for Halloween." 1988.(Thanks to Christopher Addolorato, aka General Grunt, for lending his voice. https://www.youtube.com/@TransfatylvaniaFilms)

Choice Dregs - Moby Dick

From SCP Roundup: Confinement Edition (Part 5). Allen's is thunderous, David is not reading Herman Melville, and Kaela isn't sure if Andy Kaufman is actually dead. Also, thoughts on the Super Mario Bros. movie.

UCA - SCP Roundup: Confinement Edition Part 5

Sorry about the episode delay. We're back at the Foundation with a look at SCP-3008.

Choice Dregs - The Jaymeson Dregs

From "I'm Sick of Being Homeless." Allen and Abysmii get confused about which podcast they're on. Also Kitchen Nightmares.

Nothing weird going on with this one. We're just releasing early. That's all. Nothing suspect.

"My First Haunted House Mix"

The label on the tape was handwritten with a blue ballpoint pen.

Choice Dregs - Walk Away at a Jaunty Angle

From "The Harvestman." So no one told you that was gonna be this way... in that we somehow end up talking about Friends, and because of Matthew Perry bookend our earlier Dregs about Bethesda before we talk a bit about audio drama production.

Shpida. He is our hero.

Choice Dregs - It Just Works

From "Full Moon." Somehow, Bethesda became the theme of these Dregs. Skyrim drinking game, parental roleplaying woes in Fallout 4, and lack of enthusiasm about Starfield.

UCA - "Full Moon, or a Description of Fish I Have Seen"

A story of longing, cosmic horror, and the moon. The gang have some fun with this one.

Choice Dregs - Pancake Man Sucks

From Creepy Cooking Staff Go Analog. Allen gives an epilogue's worth of thoughts on his recent 24-hour stream of LSD Emulator, and David fails to guess which brand makes a banana nut soda.

Pop in that tape and adjust your tracking as Allen and David brainstorm something exciting based on your prompts!

CCS Episode Delay

Apologies for the lack of the planned Creepy Cooking Staff episode today, but our recording schedule has been hectic recently. Both Allen and I are feeling some respective burnout from our day jobs lately and need a little more time to prepare (and some more sleep). Look for more prompts regarding the episode's theme coming up.Right now, we're looking at getting the next episode up in about a week if all goes well. Thank you all for your patience and understanding in advance. We love you!

Choice Dregs - Hulk and the Stones

From "Does Anyone Remember a Dream with a Red Door?" This IS one of the longer Dregs we've done, but we had a lot to discuss, including a lesson on Hulk Hogan's pathological lying, thoughts on the recent D&D debacle, and more nerdy shit.
