Well hi there~. By popular request, I wrote you something sweet to start off the week.

**First Date**
*I could see the light tremble in your hands as you pulled up to the curb in front of my apartment. You disguised it with a rap of your fingers against the steering wheel as you turned to smile at me. I was relieved that your nerves would probably distract you from my blush.
“Thank y-,” we both started at the same time.
I laughed nervously and your smile grew.
“Thank you for the lovely evening,” I finished.
“You’re very welcome.”
A short pause stretched in the car. I glanced quickly at the upper floors. A fully illuminated row of windows - every roommate home. I winced.
Somewhere in the background you were saying, “well, I guess I should let you -” but that’s not what registered. It was the soft curve of your cheek. I couldn’t resist. I reached across the space between us, brushing my fingertips along the side of your face. Featherlight, just a touch.
That was all you needed. You let out a long held breath and lurched over the console to press your mouth to mine. It was everything I anticipated, hard and needy with an edge of desperation - to touch, to explore. I let out an unexpected whine and slid into your hold, feeling the firm bar of your arms around my waist, across my back, holding me to you.
It had been weeks. The way our schedules worked to keep us apart had been tortuous - almost a cosmic joke. You could feel the sweep of my tongue asking for entry against your lower lip and opened to receive me.
I gave a soft mewl and licked into your mouth, sliding down the seat, tucking under you.
You were almost out of the driver’s seat, leaning over me, eclipsing me.
My arms wound around your neck, taking another mouthful of you and then -
There was a rap at the window.
We sprang apart as if we were fully coiled.
An older man shook his head at us through the window, laughing. “Get a room,” he heckled and shuffled on.
I let out a shuddering laugh, relaxing in your arms.
“He’s not wrong,” the look on your face was charming, sheepish enough to draw me in again as you said, “Can I…see you again?”
The idea sounded perfect…except that you were so close.
“I’d like that,” I sighed, nudging the tip of your nose lightly with mine, coming within a breath of kissing you again.
You smiled at my eagerness. “Okay, when?”
“Mm?” I said, ghosting my soft lips over yours in a light tease.
“Soon?”
And then my lips caught yours in a long, lingering kiss and I knew I needed more.
“Now?”*
