For the code you'll need to set it up in a project that has the lwjgl, lwjgl_utils, JOrbis, and PNGDecoder jars added to the build path, along with the relevant natives (all provided in the zip folder). Let me know if you have any trouble setting it up.

Hello Karl, I am so thrilled you released your game and that it is receiving so much praise, a huge milestone I'd like to reach one day. I downloaded and got the source code building in eclipse, thank you for providing such a rare look underneath the hood. I saw in an earlier post you were offering a steam key for Equilinox to your patrons, is that still available and if so could I receive one. I signed up to support your youtube game dev videos, they have been a great asset to the indie community and I have enjoyed the series immensely. All the best!
