Tizzy (mermaid)
🕑 Added 2025-08-05 20:57:10 +0000 UTCHere's a character I started designing a while ago. Tizzy began as a concept for an evil mermaid character. She was supposed to be a villain but she's probably more of an antihero.

Sheโs definitely too cool to be evil. She could maybe make a good rebel in an evil family. So she isnโt evil but being the โgoodโ one in an evil family isnโt perfect.
