Journaling to Go Deeper Inside - Intro
🕑 Added 2022-08-05 22:42:47 +0000 UTCHello! Let's go deeper. Grab your paper and pen, close your eyes, look within, express and explore yourself.
I started recording videos for you about journaling and I've sat on the idea for months. Time to share! :) Journaling is a beautiful idea. It's my most glorious daily practice that I never want to skip. I LOVE IT. I'm here to support you in anyway I can as you travel to greater depths within! :) Please feel free to ask your questions, share your reflections and breakthroughs!
I have written in my journal almost everyday since I was 12 years old. These days (20+ years into my journaling practice/journey) I spend at least 1hr a day, handwriting all my thoughts and emotions. It's my most powerful tool for processing life experience and helping me progress and grow.
The yoga poses we do on the mat, stretching and moving the body, stir up all sorts of stored energy, traumas, memories, thoughts, desires, pains, visions etc... After moving the physical body, it's easier to sit in quiet meditation and witness all of this. The journaling is a technique for expression and transmutation. I will share my own writing with you as an example along with tips and writing techniques I find most helpful. You are welcome to respond and share your own writing on this page.
Everyone signing up for this tier is interested in personal development, reflection, contemplation, Self discovery, spiritual growth etc... It's one step beyond the yoga mat. I hear from so many people who have attempted to keep a journal and repeatedly failed.
My intention is to co-create with you a safe space that supports and strengthens our journaling practice. Journaling/writing is powerful work and the benefits are amplified when shared in community. I look forward to seeing where this grows.
Love, Rainbows & Beautiful Words,
Cha
