Relaxing Yin Yoga Class for Friday Vibes LIVE (1hr)
🕑 Added 2022-06-14 19:41:08 +0000 UTCSlow down and relax with me this weekend. Yin yoga is very deep stretches held for a long time. Join me on the floor or do the best you can in your chair or on the go. Mostly, this is just a time for us to be present together, calm down and remember to make choices that feel good. You can be healthy! Wellness and well being is possible for you. I teach yoga for students of all levels and everyone is welcome here. Please ask me questions. Kindness and gratitude is our attitude;) I’m livestreaming this class from my studio in Seattle. — Love & Rainbows, Cha
