The story behind the "Master Sword" painting

When I worked with Josh for the Legend of Zelda body painting, I wanted to put in small, but significant reminders of the series. If you look closely you'll see the famed Master Sword, as well as the Shield. The design is loosely based on his aesthetic, but there are also loads of Brandon elements as well.
However the most surprising thing was whenever Josh got excited during the poses! ^_^

It made for an amusing shoot, and is one of the earlier examples where an erection was shown in my work. Up to this point I had been pretty careful with showing them.

But there was something sexy and playful in the images we took together.

Come to think of it, this same playfulness extended to our other photoshoots. He was also the model for the Adventure Time body painting.

I hope you enjoyed this extended look at this classic painting.

I always wondered if there was a story behind that shoot. Thank you!
Great story!

It's great not only to see the tremendous art .. but the natural reactions that he has. It shows him as more of a normal guy than just a model. Showing him excited makes his photos that much more interesting. It actually enhances the art.
